M&L for overhauling of pump and motor 7.5 HP -15 HP capacity by opening up and cleaning of all parts such as impeller , rotor, stator, fan cover, greasing including replacing all unserviceable/damaged part like impeller, bearing bush,seal,shaft,coupling, machine work etc and reconnecting back and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and strip opening of the existing air handling unit of any description and in any position and of capacity of 10000 CFM to 25000 CFM for overhauling and servicing, including cleaning of cooling coils with chemical including taking out existing shaft, blower drum, pulley and de-humidifier pump etc of air handling unit, checking thoroughly serviceability of the parts, fixing the serviceable parts in positiion, replacement of the defective/non functional/unserviceable parts/spares, reassembling, commissioning, fixing in position and testing of the air handling unit on full load for its smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the openings between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Bakelite/hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. All the hardware used in fabrication of panel shall be galvanized with zinc passiveness. The scope of work includes the following including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable complete :-

S&F in repair glossy sign board made of stainless steel for Central AC plant 2x80 TR and 2 x 60 TR installation size 2.5X1.5 (LxW) as per sample the `Military Engineer Services, MES logo and plant details to be written on the board including necessary excavation, PCC work in 1:2:4, and providing SS pole 50mm dia 2x2 mtr high above ground level, complete all as specified and directed Note : Details of plant shall be written on board as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
