8859 REPAIR TO WPT IN SUNKEN SLAB RCC ROOF FLOORING AND MISC BR WORK AT AICTS NGM OGM FAFA QTRS AND CONNECTED AREA UNDER AGE BR I SOUTH PUNE

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for but including sunken portion and floor tiles and roof concrete , unreinforced etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Baths/WCs/Kitchen thoroughly remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar. (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with high - performance ,twin -side adhesive bitumenous membrane seal tap and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout . Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. After satiscfactory ponding test Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2. (Note : Lean concrete 1:5:10 Type E2 shall be measured and paid separetly. (g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster and APP membrane etc all as specified and directed . ( WPC shall measured and paid sepretally)

M&L for water proofing treatment by applying primer @ 0.20 kg per sqm, providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 100 gm per sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N per sqm tearning strength of 100 N by torch on application including minimum over lapping 10 cm on either side and 15 cm on ends and applying evenly a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 bottom of AAP membrane @ 1.20 Kg / sqm including two coat of solar reflective paint complete including dismantling of old unserviceable water proofing treatment / membrane and removal of debreies / dismantled materials complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by company authorized applicator only

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/ concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth with using extra cement at Chhajja and above wall after M&L for dubbing out 15 mm thick in cment mortar 1:4 on irrugular surface .( WPC shall measured and paid sepretally) (Note: - Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding / security measures as the work to be carried out for elvated up to 12 mtr height Building .)

Removing of existing water tank of capacity 500,1000 or 2000 Ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and reconnecting & refixing in position after carrying out necessary roof treatment including necessary fittings and GI Pipes if required. (NOTE : Necessary by pass arrangements for water supply is to be done by the contractor till completion of roof work.)

Dismantiling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof sheeting prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating 150 gms GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old AC sheet .
