M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, by using mechanical steel brushes and preparing un-decorated surface of wall or concrete surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of Exterior emulsion paint on old surfaces of wall or concrete in camouflaging pattern @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per new sigma pattern generated by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n. exc. 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The %age and shades of the colours may change as per pattern without any financial effect.

Note: 1. The %age and shades of the colours may change as per pattern without any financial effect 2. RCC OH tanks should be painted to all exposed surfaces Viz. top, slant portion and all RCC walls.

M&L for applying One coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint over and after Preparation of Old painted steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing of bushes upto 10 cm dia trunk, grass from roof top, racking out joints/pointing to brick tiles and flush pointing with 1:3 cement mortar with water proofing compound, all as specified as directed.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry work built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, SWTs with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster 6 to 12mm thick as required texture mixed with coarse sand, crushed stone or fine gravel and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 aplied and finished even over 10 mm thick rendering (1:3) on external surfaces of wall with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement etc as per manufacture complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatly.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including clamps, nut bolts including dismantling of old AC rain water pipe etc..

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of eaves gutter and CI pipes any description, not exc 60 CM girth including holderbats, distance pieces, etc.and applying a coat of block japani paint complete all as specified (length measured over bends, branches etc.)

M&L for form work to rough finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, shelves slab, floor slabs, landing, RCC chajja and similar work not exceeding 20mm thick (Horizontal or slooping) rough finished complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in -charge

M&L for form work to edges of concrete flats, trends, breaks in chajjas, floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs n/exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping complete all as specified and directed.by engr-in -charge

M&L as in repairs for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beam and cloumns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab, chajja and in shelves and including demolition of rcc work fully/partially complete all as specified and directed.by engr-in -charge

M&L for TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking bending spirally hooping for columns, hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as in fencing posts, struts ,pipes etc. as per the approved colour and as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note for Item No 01 to 21: (i)Double Scaffolding shall be provided by the contractor for execution of work, where required rate for the same is included in unit rate quoted by the bidder and nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder on this account (ii) All safety measures shall be provided to the labourers by contractor and nothing extra shall be paid by the department on this account. (iii) Engineer-in-Charge shall ensure contractor procured complete quantity of material as per manufacturer instruction before commencement of work.
