Supply, install, testing and commisioning of DISTRIBUTION transformer mounted on massonary platform stepdown, 11KV/0.433KV, Three Phase complying with IS: 1180 (Part-1) 2014 with latest ammendment,. OUTDOOR type DOUBLE copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 315 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5% in step of 2.5 %. Losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows: maximum allowable losses at full load (100 %) & Half Load (50 %) shall not be exceeded 0.98 % & 0.70 %, Percentage Impedance: 5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335 The transformer should have BOTH SIDE cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as specified and as directed, installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/Technical specifications:

(a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather (h) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (j) Type of connection Delta/Star (k) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air (l) Vector group:DYN 11. (m) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 °C maximum." (n) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size. (o) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (p) Provision of oil and winding temperature gauge

Notes:- (i) PCC Plinth foundation of suitable size all as per IS 1180. Civil work requried for installation of transformer deemded to be included into quoted (ii) Contractor shall submit the technical drawing, constructional drawings, safety features drawing etc. for approval of accepting officer. (iii) Tests after installation shall also be carried out SEI for which GE will intimate through proper channel. (IV) Earthing for the transformer will be executed by the main contractor(CENM-10 of 2019-2020) (V) Provide LT Cable lugs to be connected to transformer side bushings. (vi) HT/LT Cable Meggering to be done before connecting to the transformer and LT panel. (vii) Suitable ACSR conductor to be connected to the existing four pole structure. (viii) Any Earth work for Cable is to be quoted in this item.

Supply and fix copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Copper strip will be used for beyond 7.5 meters in earthing.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade 40mm dia,isi marked,confirming to IS 1239 for cable protection laid at road crossing/on wall /on pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-For protection of copper strip in earthing.
