M&L for taking out column pipe any type & capacity and any type from existing bore well including unserviceable submersible pumping set complete carefully without damaging the pump set including connecting parts and lowering the same after repair including provision of suitable size of nut & bolts with washer and suitable packing for column pipes and connection of submersible cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Length of column pipe in borewell shall be measured for the purpose of payment. (ii) Chain pully block , clamps, etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Necessary safety pracaution will be responsibility of the contractor.

Disconnection and dismantling of centrifugal /submersible /monoblock /pressure pump/ non clog motor pump /VT pump set assy, etc from foundation located at variuos places under AGE E/M Bairagarh; transportation of the pump to workshop for repairs; dismantling and opening of the pump assy for checking out defects; taking out shaft from pump and carrying out lathe work on shaft for checking and making straightness; taking out of old worn out brass impeller; material and labour for filling material on worn out parts, grinding, polishing and carrying out complete lathe work, refixing of shaft and checking its smooth functioning and balancing and reassembling of pump; transporation back to site as directed by Engineer-in-charge and fixing to its existing /new location with new nut, bolt, washers, etc as required and making electrical connections and testing complete all as specified & directed.
