Requiredi) Insurance Surety Bond/ Demand Draft / Account Payee Bankers Cheque / Deposit at Call Receipt /FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD in favour of Executive Engineer (E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore.

Requiredii) Copy of Receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD where bidder deposited EMD. (Format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-I of this section)

Requirediii) Enlistment Order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender.

Requirediv) Letter of Transmittal in the format as per Annexure-II of this section.

Requiredv) GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder.

Requiredvi) The agency must upload the ERP Training certificate of self or his / her authorized representative regarding successful completion of ERP Training from ERP portal.
