Dismantaling taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out Old unsv sub main wiring of any size & type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out Old DBs box including MCB, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring complete with 1100volts grade 1.5 sqmm size (nominal dia), single core , PVC insulated unsheated, multistranded, copper conductor cable FRLS draw thorugh and including medium grade rigid non metallic PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in wall/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of 1.50 sqmm but green in colour as continuous earthing wire connected to common earth dolly including 1.6mm thick fabricated MS sheet terminal box flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches. switch socket combination/fan ragulators etc covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet complete all as specified for the following:- (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch and regulator.

(c) One three pin 5 Amps socket on independent board.

(d) One three pin 5 Amps socket on the same board.

Supply and fix Switch piano flush type (ISI marked) 5/6 amps 240 V, single pole, one way, with marking as light, fan etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose, surface type, Bakelite, three terminal, 65X50mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Socket outlet multipurpose, 2 Pin 5 Amps/3 pin 5 Amps controlled by one switch 5 Amps , flush type, universal, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet multipurpose 2 in 1, 3 Pin, 5/15 Amps, flush type, universal, controlled by one switch 16 Amps, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch piano flush type single pole, one way, 15 Amps, 240 Volts ISI marked complete all as speci fied and as directed.

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on existing phenolic laminated sheet etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lamp holder, PVC/Poly carbonate type suitable for lampcomplete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 4 above but with 4 sqmm size cable 1100V grade for one 3 pin 15 Amps switch socket combination on independent board alongwith one run of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor cable 1100V grade of 24 sqmm (nominal size) as in continuous earthing wire complete all as specified and directed. Note Necessary PVC rigid junction/terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet to cover for identifying junctions and junction boxes with PVC dummy please as required on site/ as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the point wiring work.

Material and labour earthing complete by dismantling existing unserviceable earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mm X6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised earth strip 25X3mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate chamber, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excabation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I. Note : (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) The unit rate shall also include for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning filling, removing, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover, test point etc.

Supply & Fixing in repair sub main wiring two runs of single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volt FRLS cable ,including one run of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unshneathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts FRLS cable as earth continiuty conductor drawn through 20 mm dia PVC conduit pipe concealed in walls/floors/ceiling and connecting to common earth dolly complete all specified and as directed .Note :-Two run of main cable ,one run of earth continuty conductor cable and one run of conduit pipe will be measured as one unit for payment purpose .

Supply & Fixing in repair sub main wiring for security light fitting with two runs of single core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volt FRLS cable ,including one run of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unshneathed multistranded copper comnductor 1100 Volts FRLS cable as earth continiuty conductor drawn through PVC conduit pipe 20 mm dia concealed in walls/floors/ceiling and connecting to common earth dolly for Sintax Box complete all specified and as directed .Note :-Two run of main cable ,one run of earth continuty conductor cable and one run of medium conduit pipe will be measured as one unit for payment purpose .

Supply and fix in repair LED batten fittings 20 W LED tube fixed on ceiling surface or wall mounted LED batten with extruded aluminium housing and High Lumen (2500lm output)wide voltage protection ranger 140V-270 V including provision of copper flexible cable 23/0.0076 twin twisted PVC insulated cable from ceiling rose to light fitting complete including testing all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair MCB SPN 20A, 230 Volts, 100 mA breaking capacity 10kA,degree of protection IP-20Energy limitation cl-3 ,line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal ,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No. C&S:- CSMBS1C20N or equivalent in /Havells/Crompton.

Supply and fixin repair MCB single pole 230 volts, 6-32 Amps,100 mA breaking capacity 10kA,degree of protection IP-20Energy limitation cl-3 ,line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal ,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No. C&S:- CSMBS1C6 or equivalent in /Havells/Crompton.

Supply and fixing repair MCB TPN 40 amp 415 volts, 100 mA breaking capacity 10kA,degree of protection IP-20Energy limitation cl-3 ,line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal ,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No. C&S:- CSMBS3C40N or equivalent in /Havells/Crompton.

Supply and fix in repair MCB TPN 63 amp 415 volts, 100 mA breaking capacity 10kA,degree of protection IP-20Energy limitation cl-3 ,line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal ,50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No. C&S:- CSMBS3C63N or equivalent in /Havells/Crompton.

Supply and fix in repair MCB DB TPN 8 way D/Door,IP54 Isolater Neutral Bar, MIS IK09 suitable for MCCBs upto 250 A complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No. C&S:- CSDBTPNHPDD08 or equivalent in /Havells/Crompton.

Periodical maintenance of 20 KVA DG Set replacement of unserviceable part ie. oil filter, fuel filter, screen filter, top-up radiator coolant , battery ,and Opening of repairing of internal parts ie. Fuel injector pump, fuel nozzle after repairing refixing and checking of every repair & replacing parts for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- The New part will be measured and paid separately which is given under Sr item No-26 to 43 supply only Items. The quoted rate are deemed to be inclusive of labour for fixing of new parts and repairing parts .

Supply & fixing in repair of feed pump complete for 20 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge .

S & F in repair exhaust silencer for 20 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of 12 V 130 AH maintenance free battery (Make-Exide/Amron/Okaya) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge .

Supply & lay in repair LT U/G cable armoured with aluminium conductor of size 50 Sq mm x 3 1/2 core 1100 Volt and making good disturbed surface complete all as speicifed.

Supply & lay in repair LT U/G cable armoured with aluminium conductor of size 25 Sq mm x 3.5 core 1100 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge .

Supply and laying in repairs of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe of outer dia 100 mm (for 50 & 25 Sqmm cable), IS marked with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like socket, coupler, bends, tees, etc., for protection of cable complete all as specified as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair street light 45 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance . Make Havells, Cat part No .IK07ENDURAPEARLNEOSL45WLED757SASYTOPC LED or its equivalent).

Supply & fixing in repair FRP junction box with connector 3 Phase out side dimensions 140x140x95 mm incl GI bracket of GI Pipe 25 mm dia,clamps with nut bolts and complete all as specified . Make :- Sintex :GSJB1414 or its equivalent).

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep, not exc 10 sqm on plan in soft/lose soil for foundation of poles stay, laying of electrical cables, pipes etc complete all as directed.

Returning,filling in & including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Dismantling only centrifugal motor Capacity 12.5 HP from base plate,motor and shifting to workshop and back after repair work including refixing in it's original position,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Complete opening of motor Capacity 12.5 HP for repair/replacement of unserviciable/worn out motor bearing / unserviceable shaft /burned out copper winding etc including re-assembling ,refixing in existing position and testing complete for the following sizes all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: unserviceable burnt winding, ball bearing coupling etc will be measured as supply only against respective items. The quoted rate is inclusive of labour charges for fixing new items.

Supply only copper winding for Rewinding of electric driven motor Capacity 12.5 HP as per the existing sample , varnishing with class "B" insulation the following sizes all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply only ball bearing of centrifugal motor of capacity 12.5 HP complete and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only Rubber/Looza coupling as per sample one for the capacity centrifugal pumps12.5 HP complete and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling only centrifugal pump of 12.5 HP 3 phase capacity from base plate,motor and shifting to workshop and back after repair work including refixing in it's original position,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Complete opening of centrifugal pump Capacity 12.5 HP for repair/replacement of worn out parts such as shaft,Ball bearing, bush,impellers,coupling,mechanical seal,jet assembly etc including re-assembling,testing and commissioning complete and refixing in existing position all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: unserviceable burnt winding, ball bearing, impeller etc will be measured as supply only against respective items. The quoted rate is inclusive of labour charges for fixing new items.

Supply only stainless steel shaft for centrifugal pump of capacity 12.5 HP complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge .

S&F in repair, Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, for iron pipe and fixed after taking out old unserviceable one of the following bore of pipe- (a) 50 mm dia

(b) 25 mm dia

Supply only chlorine calcium hypo chlorate for purification of drinking water complete all as specified and directed.
