Painting two coats using approved quality Cement Paint over one cost of priming coat exposed surface of the Reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and as directed by Board officers.

Supplying and Fixing in Position of Cut Stone set in Cm 1:3 using well dressed cut stone supporting inlet pipe inside the tank and as directed by the officers

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet outlet, scour and overflow etc., includeing cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete as detailed below.

Fabrication,supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6m MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top of 10,000 lit. capacity OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and 6transportation and as directed by Board officers.

Supply and delivery and fixing position of CI man hole cover and frame of Size 60x60cm on roof slab and as directed by the officers The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and conforming to ISI 1726/1974

Supply and Delivery and Fixing in Position of 150mm dia AC Ventilators on the roof Slab and as directed by the officers

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1:5:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10cm x 15cm and step slab of 25mm x25mm etc., complete and as directed by Board officers.
