Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of m.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For foundation and basement

Provision for vaccum dewatering in fresh concrete works 80 to 120mm thick by levelling with double framed screed vibrator finishing with power floatter and power trowel and indentical works, the cost includes cutting of hardened concrete at equal intervals for expansion joints and filling the joints with suitable material etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the rigid pavement surfaces using alkyl thermoplastic materials of required colour 4" width heated at appropriate temperature and sprinkled with glass powder while laying to make it glossy for night visibility as directed by the departmental officers. The cost is inclusive of materials and labour charges for applying.

Supply and fixing of double moulded dual directional reflective ultra violet resistant cat eye reflector of size110x110x20mm made of impact resistant plastic and having tough polycarbonate micro prismatic reflective lens coated with ceramic abrasion resistant coating. The studs are fixed with epoxy adhesive or equivalents but without using any nails etc. complete.

Relaying the plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of m.sand and four of aggregate) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm and consolidating etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime, two sand, five brick jelly using 20mm brick jelly for foundation etc. including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15 cm thick compacting etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reconstruction of brick masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five m.sand) in foundations, basement and superstructure walls using second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x 2 3/4" etc., complete complying with standard specification and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five Crushed Stone Sand) using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 70mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Reconstruction of brick partition wall in C:M.1:3 (one cement and three m.sand) 11.50cm thickness using Fly ash bricks 230x110x70mm. including both side plastering with C.M 1:5 (One of cement and five of m.sand) 12mm thick using fine M-sand including neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Ground floor superstructure

Replastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five of P-sand) for the 12mm thick in all floors including neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rectification of columns, beams, slabs, brick work and sunshade by dismantling and chipping distressed portion removing the rusted reinforcement by using wire brush and by sand blasting cleaning, compressed air and water washing, applying anti corrosive inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20kg/m2 over the affected area as per specification given by the manufacturing guniting with cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement and three of P-sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under required pressure and then neatly finishing including hire charges for guniting machineries and all tools and plants, labour charges, fuel charges including all leads for portable with water including curing 7 days and all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Replastering the walls and flooring with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five of P-sand) for the 20mm thick in all floors including neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of new one of PC Carpet of approved colour and quality. The rate inclusive of materials, labour for laying and labour for removing and refixing the chairs, fixing and finishing neatly in position as directed etc ., complete

The injection pressure shall be of the order up to 10 kg/cm2. After grouting is done at each injection point, the grout hole will be plugged, to prevent the grout (which was injected under pressure) from gushing out. To facilitate curing of the injected slurry into the sand, moisture is required. For this purpose, water may be sprayed. The rate is inclusive of material, labour, machineries, transportation, loading, unloading and other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Repaving the existing ceramic tiles with new Double Charged Vitrified joint free tiles of size 600x600x8mm thick of best quality over a base layer in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M-sand) 20mm thick, laid straight in alignment and fixing in position etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Renewing the tiles with new one of colour and design ceramic floor tile of size 305 x 305 x 6mm thick of approved make flooring in all floors over base layer of cement mortar 1:3, (One cement and three m.sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with same colour at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Dadooing the walls with new printed design ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design of size 450x300x8mm thick in all floor over a base layer in cement mortar 1:2 (One of cement and two of m.sand) 10mm thick and laid in situ in true alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 suit the colour of tiles fixed in position without any air gap in the tiles neatly etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and fixing with new PVC wall corner beeding of approved quality including labour charges for fixing in position etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Relaying the flooring with new flamed Ruby Red granite slab of size 1200mmx600mm and above18mm thick in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of m.sand) 10mm thick base plastering cement mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand) 20mm thick including brass beeding of size 13x13mm average joints between the granite slab over white cement base of 5 mm depth of 13 mm of width including white cement transportation labour charges for polishing of marble slab joints etc complete (the rate shall includes cost of all texes cement for plastering pointing etc.

Dadooing the wall cladding with Granite Vertical slab (Ruby red, Raw silk) for an average thickness of 18mm to 20mm thick for Vertical surface over a base layer in CM 1:2 (One cement and two m.sand) 10mm thick and pointing with same cement mortar as directed and Agmi, Aroldite and POP paste are used for fixing the granite slab in position wherever necessary. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges for Chipping the masonry / RCC to the required depth and laying the granite slab, finishing the wall faces to perfect geometry and wastage of material etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The quality and colour of granite slab, should be got approved by the Executive Engineers before use on works.

Paving the top of roof with new Solar Reflective Ceramic Tiles of required design of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved make over base layer of cement mortar 1:3,(One cement and three m.sand) 12mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with tiles and cement in ratio 1:3 with epoxy packing for joints laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks 83mm thick of approved colour, design & patern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over required 50mm compacted bed of M sand, compacting and proper embedding laying of inter locking paver locks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position of new mild steel grills for gates, doors, ventilators and windows using M.S flats and square rod etc. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials, labour for fixing, including one coat of primer etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the with new one of WPC door shutter with frame using 100mmx75mm outer frame and shutter thickness of 35mm with best quality and approved colour and design etc., Rate inclusive of cost of WPC frame and shutter, labour charges for required size cutting and fixing,furniture fittings such as SS hinges,tower bolt , aldrop and handle etc.,including cost of coveyance,two coat of painting etc.,complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing with new solid PVC door shutter with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter, including fixing the door shutter as directed by the departmental officers and finishing neatly etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing with new PVC Sliding Door with Roller door shutter with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter, including fixing the door shutter as directed by the departmental officers and finishing neatly etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing with new one of aluminum anodized powder coating of any colours matt finish fully glazed partition with 63.50mmx38.10mmx2.25mm @ 1.256kg/m extruded box section at bottom, vertical and horizontal members are spaced at 90cm center to center and to vertical member are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m and 2.80m, height from floor level, panels should be covered with 4mm thick plain/frosted glass with necessary aluminium clips of size 19mmx17.30mmx 0.90mm @ 0.124kg/m, L angles, screws etc. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness. Supplying and fixing Ornamental Teakwood Door of overall size 2.40x2.65 with architectural elevation to suite the door opening with outer frame of well seasoned Teakwood scantlings of size 8"x5" with required carvings and rebates to suite the door shutter. FRAME : The frame should be fixed in position with necessary anchorage such as heavy duty holdfasts by dismantling the RCC or stone masonry and redoing the same to the original position with cement concrete and adhesive materials required for the job so as to keep the frame to vertical position and true to the plank. The frame should also be embedded to the floor by making necessary dismantling on the floor and redoing the same to its original position after placing the same. SHUTTER : The shutter is made out of well seasoned Teakwood planks and scantlings. The scantlings of size 5"x1½" (125mmx40mm) vertical and top rails. The fabricated and assembled frames should be kept in the door opening so as to move freely while openings without any gaps alround. The furniture fittings such as butt hinges made out of brass 8 Nos, of size 6" with proper brass screws of heavy duty. The hinges are placed in such as way that the surface of frames and hinges should rail on the same place.
