Excavation in trenches not exeeading 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth/width and getting out in loose/soft soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Add to Serial item No. 1 here-in-before for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m and getting out loose/soft soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread of sand in cable protection as in trenches and providing cushioning for the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness of 18cm will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of size 230 x 115 x 75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling LT over head ACSR conductor of any size including separating, serviceable conductor and kept in safe custody for re-use and removing unserviceable conductor from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms fixed on Steel tubular poles carefully including separating and getting aside, serviceable cross arms for re-use and removing unserviceable cross arms from site complete all as specified directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable bending/broken steel tubular pole of any size with necessary disconnection of electric wire, demolition of concrete foundation including necessary excavation and earth work as required and removing the same from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of LT insulators of any type and size from any position including separating and getting aside serviceable insulator for re-use in the work from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete excavation and earth work as required and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed..

S&F aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on over head LT electric line with stretching and tensioning the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle type insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire (not less than 2mm dia), wire seperator, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Indian Aluminium Ltd/Alind/Bharat Conductors

Fixing only ACSR conductor on over head LT electric line with stretching and tensioning the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle type insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire (not less than 2mm dia), wire seperator, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable ACSR obtained from dismantling shall re-used.

M&L for restringing for ACSR conductor from pin, disc, shackle type insulators with suitable binding wire to insulators and connecting in 4 conductor system in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) 4 run of ACSR conductor will be measured as one length. (ii) Rope, restringing machine and other necessary tools & equipment required at site for restringing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to be included cost of all required T&P & equipment required at site.

M&L for jumpering of two sides of ACSR conductor on over head with same conductor of length 1.0m and with two Nos clamp of suitable size including taking down of old unserviceable jumpers complete all as specified and directed

S&F cross arms, bracing support, clamps, black plates, etc. fabricated from structural steel/mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts and washers drilled for insulator bolts welding bending cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable cross arms with providing new bolts, nuts and washers as required including painting with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable cross arms obtained from taking down/dismantling shall re-used.

S&F galvanized stay wire (stay strand) of size 7/4 mm with properly tightening the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stay assembly complete with all accessories and stay clamps all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I with using stay rod of 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary excavation and earth work shall measured and paid under respective items.

S&F pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut, 100mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as directed.

Fixing only serviceable pin type insulator of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable insulators obtained from dismantling shall re-used.

S&F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height, 90mm dia (maximum) including mild steel straps of section 31mm x 3mm, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolt and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable shackle type insulator of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable insulators obtained from dismantling shall re-used.

S&F loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90 x 140mm and clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT Cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade, laid in trenches/duct with shaddling/on pole/any location otherwise specifically described for including necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination, etc. with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 6 sq.mm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.
