Certificate of Incorporation / Registration under companies Act, 1956/2013/ LLP Act, 2008/ Partnership Act / Co-operative Societies Act/the Societies Registration Act or any relevant/ suitable Act in India or abroad or as amended. Certificate of Commencement of Business.

Documentary evidence showing Address and phone number of having Functional Service Centre in Vijayapura City.

Self-declaration Affidavit stating that the firm is not Blacklisted/order cancellation/termination history on a Rs 100.00 stamp paper

Balance sheet/profit & loss statement/Income tax returns statements for last 3 years (Rs. 390.40 Lakhs) (In any two of the last three Financial year) Certified by Auditor. FY (2023-24 to 2025-26)

Line of credit certificate of Rs. 58.50Lakhs (unconditional)

Bidder should be OEM of base chassis manufacturer or bidders authorized by OEM of base chassis manufacturer. If OEM is participating they should upload Manufacturing license or bidders authorized by the OEM of base chassis manufacturer participating, they should upload valid Authorization certificate issued by the OEM of base chassis manufacturer, to ensure highest quality, service and maintenance of the vehicle.
