Surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, comlete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shaft, well, cesspit, manhole, pier holes etc.n. exc. 10 sq m on plan and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 Cm thick in each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil and getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth, using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seaparately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats white wash on new plastered surfaces of wall, including preparation of new surfaces, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hard core of gauge n. exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layer n. exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mooram/ red bajri filling in floor or paving laid in layers not exc 15cm thick including spreading, levelling and watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 , using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, sub base or levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framimg (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Structural steel conforming to Fe-410W, Grade-E 250, Quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hooks and washers in roofs or self tapping screws of length not less than 75mm with grade of Zinc coating 120gm per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain, galvanised, 0.63mm thick,mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hooks and washers or self tapping screws of length not less than 75mm with grade of Zinc coating 120gm per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lamp fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any descirption not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors frame/chowkats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates , rails , braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting etc of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.80 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
