Repair/servicing self starter by supply and fixing including taking out the following worn out parts for 125 KVA DG Set (a) Field Coil (b) Armature Winding (c) Bush (d) Solenoid switch (e) Pinion with Gear

Supply and Replacement of battery terminal for DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Battery lead 2mtr long Red & Black 20mm dis Copper wire with thimble complete as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M & L Periodical maintenance and servicing of DG set complete including draining out of diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, flushing the sump and cleaning, replacement of gaskets, fuel filters, oil filters, air cleaner elements and the worn out parts like fuel flexible pipes, nuts, bolts, fuel line etc . filling the starting batteries with electrolyte, applying petroleum jelly in battery terminals poles, checking of voltage, amps, fuel, water and exhaust leakages etc including refilling OF eNGINE OIL & radiator coolant , tightening all the nuts and bolts to the required torque and testing complete of 125 KVA DG sets Transit Camp Guwahati - 02 Nos) all as directed.

Supply and Replacement of Changeover switch 200Amps Capacity 4Pole side Handle type with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting and taking down of transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/415 volts having capacity upto 100 KVA, transportation to workshop for repairs, strip opening of transformer after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge, taking out the core for replacement of defective parts and transportation back to the site after repairs and installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning at the site complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity MS drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coils.(c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as directed. (e) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out with the following test and the cost of testing shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted against this item (f) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall not be less than 750 mega ohm with 5000 volts megger and record of the same shall be maintained.

Supply and replacement of LT/HT Copper coils made out of super enameled copper strip/wire of transformers all as specified and directed Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer’s design.

Supply and fixing as in replacement HT/LT 11 KV bush suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer upto 100 KVA, complete with & including brass stud, 4 Nos brass nuts & brass check nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling up of transformer oil as in topping up/levelling up after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap conforming to IS -335/1993 all as specified and directed: Make:-Power oil/Savita/Apar

M&L for Painting of transformer of any size and capacity with two coat synthetic enamel paint including scrabing and cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix silica gel breather complete set for transformer upto 100 KVA ,11/430V

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. upto 35 Sqmm

Material and labour for taking out submersible pump set from bore well with the help of chain pulley and tripod , rewinding of burnt out motor with super quality copper winding wire of required gauge insulation with insulating material, drying, varnishing etc, replacement of bushes and re-assembling with pump, lowering in the same bore well and testing complete all as specified and directed for submersible pump set 5 to10 HP complete.

M&L for Decoupling pump & motor, opening the body of motor, taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulating material, greasing varnishing the bearing including testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of motor :- Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

M & L for Opening and dismantling of existing old filter media of various sizes , unserviceable strainers, packings and nuts/bolts/washers etc of IRPs and deposited to place where directed including cleaning the surfaces of IRP and all accessories with emery paper, preparing the surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surfaces and two coat of black bituminous paint on inner surfaces and connecting pipes as per colour codes and filling fresh filter media with replacement of unserviceable parts ect all as specified and directed for following locations.Including replacement of filter media valves, stainer and guages etc
