Annual maintenance of horticulture features available within Airport premises i/c Administrative block at M.V.I Ayodhya Airport. SH Maintenance of Potted Plants, Trees, Seasonal flowers etc

Complete maintenance of the Lawn area, situated in Airport premises i/c Terminal building and Administrative block Area including levelling of ground as required,weeding, watering,regular mowing of lawn, top dressing with mixture of manure, good earth, application of insectisides, pestisides and fertilisers etc. removal of garden rubbish and uprooting rank vegetation and other unforeseen horticulture activities as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes the cost of all materials including insecticides, pesticides, chemicals, fertilisers(Urea/DAP), replacement of dead grass(replacement of dead grass will be done at the cost of agency) etc., requsite T&P, labour etc but excluding the cost of Earth, Manure/compost as described in item no 3, 4, and 5 which shall be supplied by AAI.) (Note:-Only source of watersupply will be provided by AAI)

Complete maintenance of the Horticulture features consisting of a)Potted plants(to be placed with/without Planters),trees(ornamental/native) situated in Airport premises i/c Terminal building and Administrative block Area includes application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required b)Planting of trees,edge,shrubs, Seasonal plants etc. within Airport premises i/c Terminal building and Administrative block Area including weeding, hoeing, watering, trimming of hedge/shrubs/creepers, replacing the hedge/shrubs/creeper casualities, making of hedge/seasonal flower basins/beds, making tree basins , top dressing with mixture of manure, good earth application of insectisides, pestisides and fertilisers etc. removal of garden rubbish and uprooting rank vegetation, growing of seasonal flowers, seeding transplantation/saplings plantation/Rose plantation in prepared beds and taken care off and other unforeseen horticulture activities as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes the cost of all materials including insecticides, pesticides, chemicals, fertilisers(Urea/DAP), replacement of dead plants(old work) will be done at the cost of agency) etc., requsite T&P, labour etc but excluding the cost of Earth, Manure / compost/cocopeat/bonemeal/deoiled neem cake ,NewPlants/New hedge/shrubs/Rose Plants/Seasonal plants as described in item no 3,4,5,6 ,9 to 18, & seasonal seeds which shall be supplied by AAI. a)Qty of potted plants1000 no and more and trees 300 nos and more (Note:-Only source of watersupply will be provided by AAI) Minimum manpower shall be provided as per Technical Specifications point no. 07.

Collection and Stacking of Good earth within the airport premise as per satisfaction of EIC. (Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment ).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage. (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). (a) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20mm

Supply and stacking at site Vermi Compost from approved source, in bags including carriage upto site.

Supplying and stacking at site of work /store - deoiled neem cake / Coco peat/bone meal dully packed in bags i/c carriage upto site.

Supply of Earthen empty pots of size 22cm Top dia, 15 cm Bottom Dia & 20cm Perpendicular height and placing them on approprite place all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply of Earthen empty pots of size 35cm Top dia, 25cm Bottom Dia & 35cm Perpendicular height and placing them on approprite place all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supplying of Different Varieties of Seasonal Flowers (blooming stage) at site all inclusive as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. a)Marigold Jafri Dwarf-4-5 buds/(Marigold Jaffri French orange/Yellow/Russet-4-5 buds)/Pansy hybrid sakata in different colour and well developed /Pitunia hybrid in different colours and well developed

Supplying of Different Varieties of Seasonal Flowers (blooming stage) at site all inclusive as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. a)Guldaudi Double well developed/Dahlia Single in different colours & well developed 2-3 Buds

Supplying of Rose plants (Standard) of various varieties / colours displayed atleast one bud/flower well developed at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of hedge plants of Golden Duranta/Red duranta of 6" to 9" height in polybags at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and stacking of Thuja compacta of height 75-90 cm., conical shaped, well formed with healthy foliage in polybag of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton golden (Broad Leaves) having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm with 3 to 4 branches, well developed, fresh and healthy leaves in Polybag. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton Golden specimen having ht. 90 cm to 1.05 cm with 5 to 6 branches, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage in Polybag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton Petra Bangalore (Specimen ) variety having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm with 4 to 6 branches, well developed, fresh & healthy foliage approximately 60-65 leaves in Polybag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Bamboo Buddha vally variety with umbrella shape having 120 to 135 ht. with fresh & healthy foliage well developed in 40 cm Cement pot multy branch, bushy as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Ficus reginold Topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 6 to 7 big ball specific size 210 to 240 cm ht in 45 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
