S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section FRP frame (125mm X 75mm) having double rebated of 37mm X 15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

STRUCTURAL REPAIR & REHABILITATION : Drilling and installing the 12mm dia holes about 100 mm to 200mm deep (Nozzle spacing sholud be as per the methology "Nozzle spacing") on the number wall avoiding microfine cement location. Cleaning the holes with compressed air and spiral brush to make it free from drill dust. Fixing twin lock nozzles of 11mm dia OD (to sustain pressure up to 10 Kg/cm2) in 12 mm dia holes, with epoxy putty as directed. The cost is inclusive of tool & Tackles, scaffolding, Labours etc. complete in all respect.

Injection Grouting - Low viscous epoxy grouting in cracks: Providing and executing injection / pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC nipples at 500mm distance or specified distances as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout shall be done at required pressure etc. complete as per specification and approvals, labour, tools tackles, scaffolding, etc. complete as directed by EIC.Payment shall be made on basis of quantity of actual grout consumed. Chemical use BASF, Krishna conchem, Fosroc, SIKA, ASIAN PAINTS or equivalent

Rust Removal: Cleaning of rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover. The material to be applied to the rusted metal using brush and make leaving to dry for 30 mins & washing surface with fresh water as required

Epoxy bond coat:Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar / polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat in one full coat. Laying of reinforcement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete and also acts as ‘barrier coat’ to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete. Polymer Modified Mortar (Pre-Packed): Providing and placing single component, dual shrinkage compensated, ready mixed high strength thixotropic repair mortar (up to 50 mm) as per specification for covering the damaged structural member and reinforcement in desired layer and thickness including scaffolding, curing inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete as per specification and instruction of Engineer in charge . Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge Chemical use BASF, Krishna conchem, Fosroc, SIKA, ASIAN PAINTS or equivalent.

Jacketing/Rettrofiitting (Fe 500D grade new reinforcement) Supply, fabrication and fixing Fe 500 grade bars in the galleries including cutting, bending and welding the same to the existing reinforcement wherever required (the diameter of the rods may vary from 8mm to 25mm) as per drawing. The welding shoud be done with good quality aproved welding rods, (wherever required)

Microconcrete (75mm thick) Providing and laying of special repair material micro-concrete for reinstatement of members for jacketing works, using singloe component, high strength, high flow comentitious micro-concrete having compressive strength minimum of M50 at 28 days such as Renderoc RG45 of Fosroc,Sika Rep Microconcrete 4, SmartCare Microconcrete HS or equivalent in BASF, Krishna. If area repaired blended with washed saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded low obsorption, high density, aggregates of size 3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight of micro concrete (if thickness is 100mm or more) and water as per data sheet and pouring into the shuttering if required than use birds peak type form work using suitable arrangement or if requirement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of Microconcrete. The side shuttering can be removed after Minimum of 24 hours, preferably 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate at all heights, including all material, labour tools, plant and machineries, curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and/ or consultant Formwork is inclusive in the quoted rates (Only steel reinforcement shall be paid in other relevant items)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width in PCC 1:3:6, Type C1and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

ELECTRIAL WORKS : Taking down carefully old existing batten/PVC casing capping (or) conduit point aluminium/copper wiring i.e light, fan, Bell, socket including batten/ casing/ conduit,switch boards, laminated sheets, round blocks, MS Sunken boxes, light fittings/holders of any type, other fittings & fixtures and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors and stair cases complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old aluminium sub main wiring of any type and capacity incl. all accessories and all as directed. Note :Old dismantled wiring and accessories will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

Taking down old unserviceable distribution board of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing electric energy meter upto 40 Amps , removing meters to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan louver shutter of any size and making good the dusturbed surfaces and walls complete all as specified.
