Supplying installation testing and commissioning of automatic misting system at Sher Shah Road including 1 year operation and maintenance

Providing and laying of stainless steel (SS) pipe of size 15mm dia of make JSW/Tata steel or equivelent as approved by Engineer in charge of grade 304 with minimum thickness of 2.11mm for resisting high pressure up to 80 bar. including all special fittings and suitable accessories (wherever required etc.) for connection between steel pipe and nylon pipe, cutting, welding, testing & commissioning etc. as required. with trenching, refilling and testing of joints complete as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of 9 mm OD high-pressure nylon pipe suitable for resisting pressure 80 bar, making it ideal for use in misting systems, industrial automation, and other high-pressure environments. Constructed from durable, lightweight nylon, this pipe offers excellent flexibility, resistance to abrasion, and chemical stability, ensuring long-lasting performance under demanding conditions. Its smooth inner surface minimizes friction losses, promoting efficient fluid flow, while its tough outerlayer with stands environmenta lfactors like UV exposure and impact, Including supplying and fixing of all other suitable accessories (extension, tee & nippleetc. ) for interconnection between nylon pipe misting nozzle, testing & commissioning etc. as required

Providing & fixing of suitable size stainless steel (SS) grade 304 bracket (bracketis suitable for fixing of 6 nos. stainless steel nozzle holder) on exiting pole upto suitable height (as per direction Engineer -in charge) Including supplying and fixing of all other suitable size accessories like clamp, stainless steel nozzle holder( for fixing 5 Nos. misting nozzle at each holder), extension & tee etc.testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of Misting Nozzle on existing bracket, capable for throw the water jet up to one meter radius with a discharge rate 2.8 LPH at operating pressure 50 bar, featuring a precision-drilled orifice, integrated filter, and corrosion-resistant finish , Including supplying and fixingof all suitable accessories (extension, tee & nipple etc.) for connection between misting nozzle on bracket , testing & commissioning etc. as required.

Providing, fixing,testing and commissioning of stainless steel Ball Valve of size 15 mm dia Including all suitable accessories required for fixing the valve.

Supplying ,installation ,testing and commissioning of three phase high- pressure piston pump set (pump and motor) shall have minimum flow rate of 50 liters per minute (LPM) and be capable of delivering a pressure range between 80 to100 bar.The pump shall have aminimum horse power of 15 HP and operate on a 415V, three-phase power supply. The rotational speed (RPM) of the pump shall be approximately 720 RPM. It shall be equipped with a heavy-duty direct coupling for optimal performance and durability in continuous operations. The pump housing and all wetted parts must be made of corrosion-resistant materials suitable for high-pressure applications, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency. Additionally, the pump shall have built-in the rmalprotection and vibration dampening to minimize wear and ensure safe operation in demanding, including supplying and fixing of all other accessories like NRV and heade rfittings, suitable size electric cable & wire , suitable size base frame, etc. complete as required etc., connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

It should support a 415V, three-phase input, and be compatible with the motor's specifications.The controller must allow adjustable pulse, duration and intervals, enabling customizable misting cycles based on specific requirements. It should feature a digital display for easy configuration, alongwith user-friendlysettings for controlling the time intervals, such as misting durations from seconds to minutes. Built-in protections like overload, shortcircuit ,and phase failure safeguards are essential to ensure the safety and longevity of both the pump and the controller, including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories like cable ,wire thimble etc., connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing fixing testing & commissioning of Pump Starter Relay of suitable range for pump set of minimum capacity 5/10/15 HP Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories like cable ,wire & thimble etc., making connection complete in all respest as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying ,installation ,testing and commissioning of suitable size Enclosure for Electrical Component. Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories for installation of enclosure etc. complete as required
