Supplying and fixing of 415V, 63A Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall. (Make: Standard/ Havells/ HPL)

Supply & Fixing, 415 V, 16-32A per way, TPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double-door with IP-42/43 protection with Four Pole Isolators as Incoming and SPMCBs ('C' Curve, 10 kA) as Outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire & Neutrallink & provision for earth attach for 4 way encl. (607717), 1no 63A FP Isolator as Incoming, 12 no. 6-32A SPMCB as Outgoing (Make- Legrand/ Siemens/ Schneider/ L&T/ ABB)

Supplying and fixing double-door (2+10) way SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. INCOMING-Supplying and fixing 240V, 40A DP isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. -- 1 Nos. OUTGOING-Supplying and fixing 240V, 6-16A SP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection -- 10Nos. (Make- Legrand/ Siemens/ Schneider/ L&T/ ABB)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) singlecore stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire(Brand approved by EIC) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Modulartype switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GIswitch board complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N”copper bar with top cover plate making earthing attachmentfixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish.[only PVC Rigid Conduit on ceiling and remaining portionconcealed] Average run 8 mtr.

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to 240 V 6A 5 pin plug point incl. S&F 240 V 6A 3 pin Modular type plug socket & Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) incl. S&F earth continuity wire, fixed on 4 Module GI switch board with 3/4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish.

Cutting Channel of size (40 mm x 40 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 19 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles. 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supplying & Fixing 240 V AC/DC superior type Ding-Dong Call Bell (Anchor) on HW board incl. S & F HW board.

Supply and Delivery of 230V,20 watt Polycarbonate body LED tube light (Make- Wipro, Cat No.- LL13-181-65SE/ Philips/Crompton)

Supply and Delivery of 230V, Single LED tube light fittings incl. all acc. Make- Wipro, Cat No.- WIO921208/ Crpmpton/ Philips.

Supply& Delivery of 240V 9 W LED lamp with CCT (5000K-6500 K) , with minimum luminious efficacy ≥105 & <120 lumen/watt or better. The LED Lamp and accessories shall have BEE Certification.

Supply& Delivery of 10 watt LED Bulk Head or higher with glare free light distribution with CCT (5000K-6500 K) , with minimum luminious efficacy ≥105 & <120 lumen/watt or better. The LED Lamp and accessories shall have BEE Certification. (Make- Philips- cat No- WT202W LED10S CW PSU S3 PC/ Crompton/ Wipro)

Fixing only bulk head /ceiling fitting on wall /ceiling by screws etc as per GS. For Lift shaft & Pit

Fixing only lamp to batten point.

Supplying & Fixing MS fan clam of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting – (As per Drawing no. 475 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)

S & Delivery of 240V 50 Hz 48" sweep (1200 mm) ceiling fan complete with down rod, Canopy, fork etc. White colour (Make- Orient- summer breeze/ Crompton).

Fixing only single / twin fluorescent light fitting complete with all accessories directly on wall/ceiling/HW round block and suitable size of MS fastener.

Supply & Fixing 240V, Modular Socket (2 Module) type fan regulator (Step type) (Brand approved by EIC) on existing Modular GI switch board with top cover plate incl. making necy. connections etc.

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc as per GS

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.for Soft Soil.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of size on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Supply and delivery of following size 1.1kv grade, xlpe insulated Al/A cable. (Make- Gloster/ Polycab/ KEI/ Havells)

Laying of 4 core 25 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

S & F compression type brass cable gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entryof XLPE/PVC armoured cableas & Finishing the end of the following XLPE/PVC armoured cableas by crimping method incl. S&F solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials:
