Silaxane Based Coating Supply and Application of Silaxane based coating Sikagard®-700 S over stone in 2 coats wet and wet surface including all cost of labour, material, scaffolding T&P complete.

Re-Fixing of loose stone/tile wherever necessary including all cost of labour ,material ,fixing of stainless still screw T &P etc complete & as the direction of engineer-in-charge .

Providing and applying with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved brand i.e. "Berger Weather coat Long life/ Asian Apex Ultima/ Nerolac Excel Total /Dulux Weather Shield Max" of required shade applied @ 0.83 Ltr/ 10 Sqm including cleaning preparation of surface at all height and location with all bye work complete (including primer) as per specification and direction of EIC. to give an even shade- New work/ old work (two or more coats) over @ 1.43 Ltr/ 10 Sqm over existing paint surface

Providing fixing double scaffolding Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners ,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
