MS round bars 12mm dia for strengthening of chain link. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for mild steel work for securing of chain link fencing and similar small articles etc confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 6 above but RE-fixing only complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for Mild steel galvanised chain link of mesh size 50mmx50mm and thickness of line wire 3.80mm dia including fixing with straining bolt, binding wire etc including dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as in hung shutter,gates including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding door bolts, grills, gratings, etc. with ends of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165, complete including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm and n.exc 10 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Posts & struts of MS angle iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hole, notching for wire etc flat iron filletsfillet(for securing wire mesh)) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting the surfaces of steel any description over 10cm in width or girth, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of new steel surface. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 . complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no 14 above but except bricks. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in as in foundation and mass concrete work. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise specified over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of Bands, straps,supports or stays for rainwater, ventailing pipes, including bolts, if required hooks,heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and stables; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde -165. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of new steel surface when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint. complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair concertina coil 610 mm dia (50 turn/ coil ) expandable 6-8 mtr ( short barbs ) length 11 +1 mm thicknes of tape 0.5 mm , dia of spring core wire 2.6 mm foxed on angle iron frames including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as directed.

All as per above item no 38 re-fixing only complete all as directed.

S& F Solid PVC Wall Lining Panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grin colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications including dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation. etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complte all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings.complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately) including taking down grit plaster on brick/stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast RCC jali Set in cement mortar 1:4 Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings cement base paint but excluding frame & including demolition of old /existing RCC/brick jali complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old /new steel and iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 108600.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
