Deep Drilling of 125 mm dia Bore Hole by using ODEX method

Deep drilling of 125mm dia. bore hole upto 120 mtrs BGL as per the strata encountered as per specification by using ODEX method at the time of drilling. Job includes construction of cement concrete platform as per site condition. The job also includes extraction of M.S. Casing pipe if any required during the drilling work. Job includes transportation of men, machinery and material to site of drilling.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004, (Heavy C- Class, weight per mtrs=18.11kg) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set (preferable make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kirlosker, CRI make conforming to relevant IS code) of suitable parameters depending upon depth and discharge of bore hole. Fabrication of riser pipes from G.I pipe 32mm dia. by way of cutting of pipes is length of 3 mtr each and joining by way of welding of M.S flanges on both sides in proper alignment or with G.I socket. Lowering of pump in bore hole by way of coupling of riser pipe and making electric connection with starter panel, fabrication of lid for bore hole along with installation of bend/elbow for delivery of water. Job includes cost of pipes, carriage of pipes with fittings to site of work. Providing fitting and installation of starter cum control panel of single phase fully automatic starter in sheet enclosure outdoor type conforming to IS standard. Providing and laying of required 2.5sq. mm 3 core copper submersible cable and making connections with starter panel, service line and submersible pump set. Testing of joints for leaks and running of pump on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, carriage and transportation charges at site.
