S&F in replacement of ACB, 4 Pole 1600 Amps 415V with thermal magnetic release drawout type, including dismentling & taking out old unserviceable ACB from panels & fabrication works to bus bar for proper fittings of ACB complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections of Air Circit Breaker (ACB) of capacity 800 to 3200 Amp, fixed or drawout type, three/ four pole. Make:C&S/ABB/Schnieder/GE/L&T. Shifting the faulty ACB or connecting parts to the contractors workshop for certain required repairs. Refixing the repaired/replaced parts in its original position and tested under supervision of site-in-charge/ Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Required Spare parts to be replaced during overhauling/ servicing shall be measured and paid seperatly as 'Supply only' under relevent items. (ii) Transportation charge & labour charges for taking down old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Servicing of any type (Oil/ Dry) type of the transformer of capacity 1600 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing etc. check thier serviceability and keeping aside for reuse in oil type transformer. (b) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins (in case of oil type), removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed and specified. (c) Removing old paint and painting of transformer of capacity 1600 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer and painting of inside surface with heat resistant paint (hot oil proof) complete all as specified and directed. (d) Reconnecting all the component of transformer after checking their serviceability and perform the required tests in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

Note-(i) (a) Transformer must be meggred and connecting all connection and necessary testing complete with including under mentioned scope of work. (b) Cleaning of transformer from inside. (c) Testing the Transformer for IR Values (d) Checking/servicing/calibration of WTI for healthiness.(e) Magnetic Balance Test (f) IR Value check before and after the work.(g) Voltage Ratio Test at 440 V. (h) Phase sequence test (j) Commissioning of transformer after completion of work. (ii) Maintenance/repair shall be carried out by OEM/ authorised dealer. (iii)Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to the Engr-in-Charge. (iv)All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (v)Any item/activity not listed/covered here above and required during completing the work will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid. (vii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for disconnection of Transformer HV/LV terminations for testing work and re-connections after completion of repair work. (viii) Defective part measured and paid under respective item as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in this item.

Supply only in replacement Thermometer/ heat sensor of transformer upto capacity 1600 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed.

M&L for attending major break downs on LT lines, UG cables or bus risers including, replacement of insulators/ conductors/ crrossarms & laying of temporary cables etc. Note: (i) The contractor shall immediatly attend break down on short notice as & when required with T&P and transport on receipt of information in required to breakdown on the direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) In case contractor fails to attend and rectify the fault in 24 hr after intimation by department, he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 1000 /- per hour after intimation of 24 hrs and department shall rectify the fault through other agency on contractor risk and cost and double amount should be recovered from contractor dues.

S&F in replacement indicator lamp assembly for RYB phase suitable for 110V/ 230V as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement SS panel door lock with suitable key as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical LT cables and taking down the old existing unserviceable Feeder LT Panel of any size and model including all accessories at NBC (basement) and supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs of feeder LT panel indoor type (size not less than 1800mm x 1500mm x 600mm) floor mounted of factory made powder coated made out of outside body not less than 2mm thick steel sheet and inside body 14 gauge steel sheet, housing cubicle type, free standing LT panel suitable for 440V 3-phase. 50 Hz. AC supply. It shall be extendible at both ends, fully compartmentalised locking arrangement, front side opening arrangement of suitable size, incl mounted on angle iron stand of size 50x50x6mm having minimum height one feet duly grouted or welded on floor or make a foundation as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Copper bus bar of capacity 630 Amps with same size for neutral duly colour coded and supported with DMC/SMC insulators with heat shrinkable sleeve bearing short circuit current to withstand minimum 50 kA for one second for MCCB to all feeders to accommodate following items and providing danger notice plate of size 300 x 200mm x 3mm thick duly marked skull & bones with night glow highlighter fluorescent paint complete:-

Note for item no 51 to 54:- (i) Contractor will be taken up approval of Accepting Officer/ Engr-in-charge for panel drawings before fabrication of Panel. (ii) Foundation & PCC work of LT panel will be executed PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as per site requirement and cost deemed included in quoted unit rate. (iii) Price of required cable tray and connected items shall be included in the quoted rate with no extra cost to the department. Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting the rate.

Disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections of APFC panel of any type and capacity, cleaning of APFC panel with blower and checking the faulty parts and refixing the repaired/replaced parts in its original position and tested under supervision of site-in-charge/ Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Required Spare parts to be replaced during overhauling/servicing shall be measured and paid seperatly as 'Supply only' under relevent items. (ii) Transportation charge & labour charges for taking down old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only capacitor of 15 KVAR capacity having specification : epcos power capacitor, phicap, temp cat-10D, connection- delta, rated current 32-80 amp, 440V, 3 ph, 50 hz, Ins level-3kV, dielectric MPPSH, impregnent MPCB, 75mm x 270mm (d x h), cat part no B32344N4152A40 complete all as specified and as directed.
