Repair to potholes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (grade VG-10) at @ 5 Kgs/10sqm over old bituminous surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L, for preparation old black top surfaces by brushes with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous@ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm , complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L, for bitmuminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) laid with mechenical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd cambe, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no DS972.00 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 cm but n. exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262 -1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
