Disconnecting and taking out existing defective under ground cable of any size and core from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc to locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminium conductor heavy duty 11000 volts connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor is responsible to arrange requisite T&P at site like cable fault locator necessary shutdown arrangment crimping tools etc.on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M in wide and not exc. 1.5 M in depth for taking out or laying of under ground cable in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable bricks obtained from item No 1 for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L bricks subclass ‘B’ old size designation 75 , laid flat, in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm deep after laying of cable including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for 80mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning cable 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade including all electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of old rusted HT box of any size with new HT box of size 1200mmx1000mmx1000mm, factory made, outdoor pedestal type, double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm sloppy roof locking arrangement comprising 50mm size Godrej brass pad lock with duplicate keys, two earth terminal, suitable cable gland for incoming and outgoing HT cable and protection of joint, grouting of feeder pillar box by providing 90 cm long angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm welded on all the four corners embedded in brick platform not less than 1 m height , PCC platform all around the HT panel for free from moisture and bushings. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally expoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade. The panel shall having suitable size of aluminium bus bar three strips of minimum size 400mm x 50mm x 8mm with procelain H12 KV HT long insulator complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate quoted is deemed to be included the cost of brick work for raising the height of panel upto 1 m and PCC platform all around the panel upto 30cm height in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and work for extension of cable loop for fixing in position.

M&L for precast re-inforced cement concrete pillar having size on top 0.15mx0.15m , bottom surface size 0.30m x 0.30 m and height 1.6 m, main bar 10mm dia TMT bar - 04 Nos, stirupes 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 c/c including excavation in soft/loose soil of size 0.4m x 0.4mx0.6 m , PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 in foundation upto 600 mm depth , returning filling, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4,applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of primer, writing letter and indicating Arrow mark in white colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate quoted under this item is inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work including PCC for fixing of indicator pillar .

M&L for painting of HT Cable Box of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of approved shade including preparation of old painted surface and writing indication of marking on feeders as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling new transformer oil in transformers installed at various location for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Transformer oil shall brought in sealed container by the contractor at site of work.

Labour only for disconnecting HT and LT connections of existing Indoor or Outdoor type transformer of any capacity mounted on plinth/sub station and open the top cover for replacement of unserviceable or damaged spares and making necessary HT and LT connections properly after completion of work including testing of oil before and after complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as considered under respective item.

S&F in replacement non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity upto 200-500 KVA and for working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement HT bush rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity upto 200-500 KVA suitable for Indoor/out door transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement non-metal part LV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA and for working pressure 1100 Volts complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement LT bush rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of silica gel breather , aluminium body complete with fresh silica gel blue in colour of standard size 5-8mm thick for transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F new temperature gauge dial type 100 mm dia including maximum temperature indicator complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil (obtained from transformer) with dehydration/filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength of 50KV at 4 mm gap including drying the transformer core winding in oven complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor shall produce the record of di-electric strength before and after de-hydration.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required for 32mmx6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of existing HT 11 KV 200 Amps GOD switch including replacement of damaged spare parts like Arching horn, contact gun, wire mesh, drop out fuse, replacement of complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers etc handle grip, greasing of moving parts complete all as specified and as direced.
