PCC chamber of required size in PCC 1:3:6 with Pit cover of 300x300mm made of cast iron including necessary excavation, returning filling, removal,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete for simple type with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked, FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC white non metalic PVC conduit Medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L Bend etc.,concealed on walls, sufrace on ceiling/ floors etc., and including provision of PVC heavy duty Insulated FRLS copper conductor, 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly alongwith sunken box and 3 mm thick leminated sheet cover complete all as spd and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Hard and dence soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles,cables laying etc. including forming bottom to required level and getting out in soft/loose soil ,Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation ,Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

Stop valves 15 mm , cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, fancy type, chromium plated , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed Engr-Incharge.

Bib taps 15 mm , cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule chromium plated and fixed complete all as specified and directed Engr-Incharge.

Tubes, medium grade 15 mm bore' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors , complete all as specified and directed Engr-Incharge.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 4.0 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In Green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments including PVC conduit and draw in PVC rigid conduit 25 mm dia , connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles complete all as specified and directed Engr-Incharge. M & L for point wiring on wall and ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheated cooper multi standed conducto of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white/ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with all conduit acccessories/thickness not less than 1.6mm with earth dolly and bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches/sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell and bulkhead etc wiht MS screw and cup washers including PVC FRLS insulated and unsheathd copper multi standed conductor of size 1.5 Sqm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching/finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/putti or distemper/colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge
