Sch 'A' Part - IX : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting of existing GI water main of 40mm dia and inserting GI TEE of size 40x25x25mm for taking branch connection including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply , install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down power transformer 2500 KVA, 33KV/11KV 3 PHASE, 50 HZ,vector group DYn11, ONAN COOLED OIL IMMERSED COPPER DOUBLE WOUNDED OUTDOOR TYPE STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER COMPLETE WITH FIRST FILLING OF IS: 335 ISI MARKED FILTERED & DEHYDRATED TRANSFORMER OIL AND OTHER STANDARD FITTINGS / ACCESSORIES AND ON LOAD TAP CHANGER (TAPPING RANGE FROM +5% TO -15% IN STEPS OF 1.25% TAP CHANGING SWITCH) on HT side to vary secondary voltage, connected internally and hand operated ON load tap changing switch with AVR & RTCC panel wall/ floor mounted, star Delta connected internally with HV coil, LV side provided with 3phase and separate neutral all directed and specified with including following:

(a) HT termination with Bare bushings suitable for termination of Bus piping/Pad clamps (b) LV Cable Box suitable for HT UG cable terminations. Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of HT 33 KV outdoor type, 3 phase, 50 cycles SF6 circuit breaker having ruputuring capacity 350MVA overload and earth fault protection, outdoor CTs & PTs of rating upto 630Amps including indoor/outdoor type control panel and relay consists of digital ammeter, voltmeter etc and following items:-

OEM test certificate shall be furnished by the contractor as per relevant IS 3. GA drawing and design drawing shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of HT 33 KV outdoor type Current Transformer of dual ratio 100-50/ 5 Amps. 15 VA burden accuracy class 0.5 confirming to IS 2705/IEC-60044-1 for metering/ protection of breakers suitable to mounted on structural frame all as specifed and directed

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of HT 33 KV /110 volts, 3 phase outdoor type potential Transformer drawout type, 100 VA burden accuracy class 1.0 suitable to mounted on structural frame all as specifed and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor type HT 11KV panel comprising of 5Nos SF6 circuit breaker 800 A (2 nos as incoming, 2 nos as out going and 1 no as bus coupler), HT, 11KV three phase, AC supply, 350MVA ,18.3KA breaking capacity, short circuit ratings 3 second, complete with hinged doors and locking arrangement, triple pole truck mounted draw out type,spring operated electrically and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal withdrawal confirming to IS & IP4X class of protection comprising copper bus bars and following protective and control devices, including provision for extension of busbars at both sides from this panel and connecting complete comprising of following

The following are to be provided for entire HT panel (a) Battery charger with suitable capacity automatic float cum boost type of rating 230 volts AC input, protection for input & output including maintenace free batteries for auxiliary supply of suitable capacity with MS rack, copper strips and connection with copper conductor cable unarmoured from LT panel to charger and battery charger to indoor panel. "Note : 1. All routine tests/pre commissioning tests to be carried out at site after installation in presence of rep of Accepting Officer 2. OEM test certificate shall be furnished by the contractor as per relevant IS 3. GA drawing and design drawing shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order"

Supply and fix Switch air break gang operated HT 33 KV Volt grade triple pole with 9 insulators and with earth switch , 200 amps rating with drop out fuse assembly with fuse carrier, fuse element mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame horizontally operated (rotory type) mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts, and washers complete fixed on existing four pole structure complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Channel, cross arms, fuse, bracings etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 300 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Supply and fix aluminium bus pipe of 32mm dia with 3 mm thick as IS:5082 and IS 2673 including necessary cutting in lengths for various switch gears and equipment connections all as directed. Note: 1. All labour element for necessary bending, cutting etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Necessary polymer post top insulator of 33KV as directed is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for pad clamps with necessary nuts and bolts for fixing aluminium bus pipe connection various switch gears and equipments all as directed

Supply and lay 33KV ACSR panther conductor of size 200 Sqmm suitable for pad clamps and insulators as required in 33 KV switch yard connections all as directed

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of CPRI approved outdoor cubical type feeder pillar box suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz Ac supplysystem fabricated from stainless steel (SS 316) totally enclosed,dust,weather & vermin proof, 3.0mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell having 3phase copper bus bars of rating 400amps with short circuit withstand capacity of 56MVA for 1 second.Bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mmx50mmx5mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mmx5mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud,with suitable copper busbars from main busbar to switchgears including 1.5sqmm pvc insulated copper control wiring, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half including tamper proof digital energy meter to measure voltage, current, PF, KWh, KVAH, KVARH and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation. All door should have neoprene rubber gasket and locking arrangement. The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories:-

Supply and fix /lay GI perforated cable tray with cover of size 250mm x 50mmx 2mm complete all as directed

Supply, laying and testing cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured GI wire/strip, electric control cables ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor of size 4core x 4 Sqmm all as directed.
