AMF Control circuit The features of AMF logic considering the DG Control & Synch relay -DIEF/Woodward make, Auto/manual/test, start/stop, EM stop operation including 3 attempt start feature, idle running timer, resumption of power supply after some time when EB supply has come back, shall be provided and integrated in the DG breaker cubicle. Motorized POT for speed & voltage raising/lower along with control switches, voltage raise/lower control switches with motorized POT, set of relays, timer, Aux. Contactor etc as required for meeting the requirement of successful AMF shall be provided.
Sets of relays required for each DG Set for automatic start of DG set pumps/Auxiliaries/Ventilation when DG voltage reaches the desired voltage level and shut down the auxiliary when DG set shuts downs.
1) PLC Microprocessor Based DG Control : Design, manufacture, assembly & supply of PLC micro-processor based control logic having following features : a) AMF operation through PLC with all necessary features for manual operation. (to be done when PLC is not available or out of circuit). b) Auto Synchronization System. c) Auto load sharing among D.G. Sets. d) Auto load shading and Load management. e) The software should have provision to start the required No. of DGs (according to the previous load parameters of grid supply) and feed respective loads. However, it should be possible to Synchronies DGs on NO load as well as ON load. f) Operation logic :- The Panel Should be suitable for black start in case of Grid failure considering AMF logic operation in coordination with the DG OEM. DG should automatically switched “OFF” after restoration of the Grid power.

Hybrid type (consisting of active & passive filter of suitable ratings) Automatic/Manual control 200 KVAR capacitor bank panel consisting of 50, 25,15,10 KVAR MPP Heavy Duty capacitor units in tier formation complete with interconnections, bonding to earth. Factory built floor mounted auto-manual power factor correction panel of 200KVAR capacity having 3 phase, Hybrid Capacitors designed for power factor lag not less than 0.99 with power capacitor in suitable steps as per approved drawings filled with balance Electronic Contactor switching & with 5.2% detuned filters to suppress switching of inrush current and reducing harmonics to improve capacitor life.
Enclosure of capacitor panel shall be liberally designed to take care of internal heat emission by capacitor unit without forced cooling and to limit the temperature rise with in permissible limit. However, louvers are allowed to facilitate extra cooling.

Dismantling ,shifting and recommissioning of 2 x 250 KVA DG Set and 1x400 kVA DG Set in phase manner (Without disturbing the Airport Operation) from present location of inside building to new location at out side building after disconnection from existing connectivity i/c dismantling of enclosure if required, loading, shifting, unloading at new location , fixing canopy as required and integration to new panel by arranging manpower and suitable machinery for carrying out & transportation etc. complete as required.
Removal/Dismantling of existing exhaust , Fuel piping , Foundation, Partisans etc of Existing DG room for 2x250 kVA and 1x400 kVA DG set in phase manner and disposing the same as per instruction of Site In charge and Constructing new exhaust and fuel system with fresh material as per CPWD guideline for 2 x 250 KVA DG Set and 1x400 kVA DG Set by providing necessary structure/support etc as per site condition . All the necessary material , manpower and suitable machinery for carrying out above job to be provided by contractor.
Construction of DG Foundation and Canopy suitable for existing 2x 250 kVA DG set and 1x400 kVADG set . The foundation to be carried out by excavating paver block/concrete surface and by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. . The spacing about 1.5 meter in-between foundation to be kept for ease of approach to DG sets . The Provision of Protection Canopy for above DG set shall be inline with exiting 400 kVA DG canopy set which is already installed at proposed area. SH:VIII - Signages
Supply of Pictograph of 40 mm depth, single /double sided openable glow sign board, made out of 1.44 mm thick aluminium extruded profiles, with 20 microns powder coating with necessary light proof ventilation arrangement. The text/signage matter shall be in Hindi and English language and will be electrocut computerised automated, self-adhesive translucent/ coloured/vinyl sheets.Vinyl Graphics to be transferred on unbreakable Opal White polycarbonate 5 mm thick sheet on the readable side of the box, while aluminium sheet of 1.5mm thick shall be fixed in backside of the box in single sided signage. The signage shall have system for easy access for maintenance. The illumination source shall be LED (s) of 0.06 watt (minimum) with output of 6 lumens(minimum) and spacing between LED(s) shall be 15mm nominal as light source with required current regulator for every signage complete with all internal wiring, connectors etc. LED shall be provided for uniform illumination of the board. The background colour of the letters shall be grey/black of the film while the symbols, pictograph and the matter shall be in white.
