Taking Out Old and Unserviceable XLPE Cable any size (300sqmm 3.5core / 240/ 120/ 95/ 70/ 25/ 16/ 10 / 6sqmm 4core / 3.5 core) from trenches,pole,road,duct etc incl necessary joint Etc complet all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of under ground cable in replacement , in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 16Sq mm x 4 Core complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No-1 above but of size 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per item No-1 above but of size 35 sqmm 3.5core, complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per item No-1 above but of size 70 sqmm 3.5core, complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per item No-1 above but of size 120 sqmm 3.5core , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class “B” bricks over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as per specified and directed.

Taking out old LT U/G cable from trench and relaying LT cable after repair in trench (Note:-Excavation and other related items will be measured and paid separately) (a) 240Sqmm3.5 core XLPE Cable

(b) All as per above but 95Sqmm3.5 core XLPE Cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(c) All as per above but 70Sqmm3.5 core XLPE Cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(d) All as per above but 25 SQMM 4 Core XLPE Cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(e) All as per above but 16 Sqmm 4 core XLPE Cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Surface dressing n.exc 30 cm deep including cutting of bushes, small tree, grass etc , complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of 10 sq mm to 185 Sq mm 3 1/2 core cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation, earthwork, removing brick protection and realaying the same, and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt protion of cable and preparing fresh terminals of LT cable to pole / main switch etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs aluminium lugs for fixing armoured cable in panel of following sizes taking down old one, , complete all as specified and directed at site. a) from 10 to 16 sqmm 4 core cable, complete all as specified and directed at site..

(b) All as per above but from 25 to 35 sqmm 4 core cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(c) All as per above but from 50 to 70 sqmm 3.5 core cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(d) All as per above but from 95 to 120 sqmm 3.5 core cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(e) All as per above but from 150 to 185 sqmm 3.5 core cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

(f) All as per above but from 240 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core cable, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Detecting of fault of LT UG cable (any place any length any type /size) with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator including detecting exact location of cable fault and remove of cable for rectification, complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for painting of LT pole 8/9 m long (above ground) after cleaning the complete body surface of pole by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust etc and applying two coat of aluminium paint by brush and zebra painting with enamel paint of 20 cm alternating layer with black and white colour for 1 Mtr from bottom, complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for machine spray painting of the under mentioned LT Panel by rubbing, scraping of old paints with emery paper, cleaning and preparation of smooth surfaces complete including writing INCOMING/OUTGOING,LOCATION etc with approved quality paint all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable junction box and S&F in position new sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction boxes of size 450mmX450mmX150mm depth made out of 1.8mm thick CRCA sheet with front side hinged opening having rubber linking & locking arrangement with nut and bolt and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable and wire. The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on porcelain insulators including connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI round clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and Provn of cable from bus bar to MCB and 1 MCB 5 to 32 AMP including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a cot of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for 80 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, incl taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed including clamps, nut bolt and washers, complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Boring under road /foot path upto 1.5 mtr depth for inserting of 80 mm dia GI tubing for drawing UG cable by manual or mechanical complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC insulated and sheathed unarmoured two core copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm 1100 volt to be replaced in existing fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete of poles/stay assembly/ panels etc.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in form work/coping of poles.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, incl taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed including clamps, nut bolt and washers.

M&L for manual Boring under road /foot path , Hard Standing for inserting of 50 mm dia GI tubing for drawing UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares / components / parts of High Mast light /Hanger light / Aviation light /Flood light fittings on pole/wall any wattage/capacity of any description and in any position , replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in new or old position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.
