Extra rates for quantities of Earth work in excavation executed: (Note- The extra percentage rate is applicable in respect of each item but limited to quantities of work executed in these difficult conditions. The unit, namely, metre depth, to be considered for payment,shall be the depth measured from the sub soil water level up to the centre of gravity of the qty executed in difficult conditions. The depth shall be reckoned correct to 0.10 m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.10 m and less than 0.05 m ignored.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Dewatering sewage water entering in excavated trenches of manholes/pipe lines with 1HP submersible sewage pump and HDPE/PVC hose pipe up to 50m for discharge of sewage water to nearby municipal drain ( rate shall be quoted for hire, carriage & operation charges of pump & hose pipe)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, walls etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
