Civil work including Internal Electrical, Sanitary & water supply, Furniture Work: Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis multi-storeyed RCC framed structure building (G+5) Police Station cum Residential Building under MOITRI Scheme at Palashbari PS in Kamrup (R) District, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of PMC/Engineer-in-charge of APHCL by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms, IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. (including Supply/Installation of Equipment/Accessories/ Furniture etc. as per Tender Document) Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Site Development: Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works Boundary Wall, Levelling, Cement concrete paved Road, Footpath, External water supply, External Sewerage, External storm water drainage work, Rain water harvesting, Deep Tube Well, Water supply pumps, Septic tank, Horticulture & Landscape approval of the same by the PMC/Engineer- in-Charge of APHCL

External Electrical Works: Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical substation, DG set, Cables, Cable tray's, Race ways and Earthing system with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
