Development of Five Nos of Bridges Culverts along with Approach Roads alongside Petanala

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto 1000m lead including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting, trimming bottom & side slopes and transporting to the embankment locations upto 1000m lead with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 301 & 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, compacted at OMC to achieve minimum dry density conforming to Table 300-2 with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and foundation excavation of CD & structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value spreading in uniform layers not exceeding 100 mm in depth and compating with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the density, as per approved drawing & technical specifications and as per clause - 407 of mort&h specifications for road & Bridge works including cost, conveyence, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labours, machinery, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing GSB Gr-vi materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers on well prepared surface & compacting to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
