Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Chemical Anchor: Providing material and labour for fixing chemical anchor medium to heavy duty injection adhesive for Anchor fixing in Dry conditions and HILTI HIT-HY 200 + HIT-V rods of size 10mm x 120mm of HILTI or equivalent as per drawing or as instructed by EIC. The system should be made of two foils consisting of resin and Hardener foil pack. The system can be used for threaded rods HIT-V rods or equivalent rods. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations. Rate shall be inclusive of injection adhesive and fastner rod of same make.

Mechanical Anchor : Providing material and labour for drilling, cleaning hole and fixing mechanical anchor of size 10 X 120 of approved make and suitable for fastenings both on concrete & masonary/aerated blocks. Anchor comprises of 10 mm diameter Polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve and of 7 mm diameter double threaded 6.8 grade Hex head double threaded screw made of carbon steel galvanized to minimum 5 microns. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.
Sec: 5.0 EXPANSION JOINT SYSTEM Providing material and labour for fixing of expansion joint system for 100mm wide expansion joint gap of 3R/ Kantaflex/ Sanfield or equivalent related with floor location. The joints system will be of extruded aluminium base members, self aligning/ self centring arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor expansion control system with stone fixing arrangement for various vertical location in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it’s components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centring arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self – centring arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge. Expansion joint shall be tested for their watertight property & the same shall be watertight for a period of five years. Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063. Rate shall be for model with stone (flush with adjoining flooring) fixing arrangement. Stone shall be fixed in expansion joint system (in recess part) with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer' specification. Rate should be inclusive of necessary scaffolding work, non shrink grout, RCC cutting, edge preparation etc complete. Cost of stone shall be paid in relavant tender item.
Providing material and labour for fixing of expansion joint system for 100mm wide expamsion joint gap of approved make related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning/ self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning/ centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner/ ceiling application, with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall conform to ASTM 6063). Rate shall be inclusive of polyester powder coating of approved shade and make. Expansion joint system shall be as approved for all floor all level including scafolding etc complete as dircted by Engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing machine moulded aluminium covering of approved pattern & design, made out of machine cut Powder coated aluminium sheet 2.5mm thick (minimumthickness of powder coating 50 micron) and machine holed for receiving dash fastener, over expansion joints on vertical surfaces/ceiling floors, the fixing on plate in one row on one side of joint only shall be done with stainless steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia and 75 mm long bolt including providing aluminium washers 2 mm thick & 15 mm dia, at a staggered pitch of 200mm centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface and providing expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Sec.6.0 Masonry works Providing material and labour for laying Brick work using common burnt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/SqCm in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Half brick masonry in common brunt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/Sq.Cm. in Cement mortar 1:4 (1- Cement : 4 -coarse sand ) in superstructure for all Floor in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for laying Masonary work using Aerated light weight concrete block having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/sqcm for super structure For all Floor in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing 190mm x 190 mm x 80 mm glass bricks of approved make and design with white CM 1:2 ( 1 white cement : 2 sand). Two numbers of 5 mm thick GI wires to be passed through PVC spacers in each joint horizontal as well as vertical by drilling holes in surrounding surface (brick or RCC) and filling the same with Hilti or equivalent chemical (rebarring). The PVC concealed spacer (with provision for passing the 2 no. GI wires in horizontal and vertical direction) shall be provided to maintain grooves/spaces for GI wire and white cement mortar at the junction of two glass bricks including curing. The sample of the glass brick shall be got approved by Architect. The glass bricks shall be fixed with placing GI wires vertically as well as horizontally after passing through the spacer and having minimum lap length of + 200 mm as per the site conditions at all the places, all heights, all level and in all shapes, etc. complete, as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Joints along the periphery of glass bricks shall be filled with approved make and color weather silicone sealant of DOW corning 789 or equivalent.
SEC:7 Doors and Windows work ALUMINIUM WORKS - Providing material and labour for fixing in position frames, shutter for any type of aluminium work for any type of door, window, partition, made out of any type of aluminium sections of approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors, all levels, all heights, all shapes, all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing and get approved from the consultants before procurement of material. All loose material shall be approved. Mockup of one/two window shall be executed as per approved shop drawing with all hardware. Work shall carried out as per the approved shop drawings, approved mock-up and approved sample. Actual weight of installed Aluminium sections (for using fabrication without considering any wastage) shall only be measured and shall be considered for the payment. Contractor shall provide guarantee for stability, water tightness etc for 12 months after defects liability period. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections, cutting, fabrication, errection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including 1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame; 2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber; 4) Dash Anchor fasteners of HILTI HRDUGT or equivalent for fixing the frame assembly to the RCC or masonry surfaces. Minimum 1 anchor fastener shall be used for every 600 mm length of section for stability of frame. 5) 10mm GI tie rod for connecting vertical stile at top and bottom for aluminum door shutter and 4mm thick solid aluminium corner cleat of full thickness of section for connecting style and horizontal rails; 6) providing and fixing packing (rough ground) in full periphery/ at every 600mm c/c with average 6 mm thick PVC spacer/ compact sheet of width (equal to section width less 30mm for backer rod and sealant); 7) Filling the gap between wall and frame on both sides (outside and inside) with polyethylene baker rod of avg. 10 mm thickness of approved make and color and then sealing the remaining gap with neutral grade G/M (Glazed & Metal) weather silicon sealant of approved make and color. 8) Termite treated seasoned teak wood as infill material to installe hardware in door shutter and frame as and when required. and excluding the cost of necessary hardware and Glazing or Infill material.
Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick Clear Toughen Glass as per approved sample of any size, any shape and specified thickness in frame and shutter work with necessary cutting of glass as per drawing & specifications including providing and fixing EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant/ structural sealant and 3M tape on the periphery of the glass as per the required thickness etc. complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid.
Providing material and labour for process charges of Frosting the glass (any thickness of glass) as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be for only for extra cost of Forsting on Glass for all floor, all height all level.
Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick Compact Sheet of any size, any shape, any color (single side, double side coloured), any texture of approved make and as per approved sample (approved by architect). Compact sheet shall be fixed in aluminium frame and shutter work with necessary cutting of sheet, provision of groove, filling of groove (both side) as per drawing & specifications including providing and fixing EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant/ adhesive tape/ screwing on the periphery of the sheet as per the required thickness etc. complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as per the drawing & directed by Engineer in charge. Cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid.
Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick frame less mirror of approve make in any shape and sizes as per drawing. Mirror shall be fixed on 6mm thick cement bonded particle board (Bison panel) backing. Cement bonded particle board shall be fixed to wall with approved SS 304 fastener. SEC:8 FIRE RATED DOORS Providing material and labour for fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors of approved make and shade as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI against Test Schedule Ref No FR/0490 or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer subject to architect’s approval and should be ISO Certified company. Providing material and labour for fixing Fire rated Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and SS 304 anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Rate shall be inclusive of anchore fastner and rubber silencer for all floor all level but excluding of SS ball bearing hinges).
Providing material and labour for fixing Fire rated Door shutter shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door shutter shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beading and screws from inside. EPDM open cell sponge seal and bottom seal shall be provided at periphery and bottom of shutter as per manufacturer's specificatipon. Door shutter shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all type seal for all floor all level but excluding of vision panel and all type of hardware.
Providing material and labour for fixing fixed vision panel glass in fire rated door as per manufacturers recommendation with a G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape/ gasket of approved make etc complete for all floor all height as directed by engineer in charge. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of 2 hour rating.(Actual installed glass size (with two decimal) to be measured for payments).

Providing material and labour for fixing External trim with design lever handle of approved make suiting the panic bar for fire and smoke check doors for max. 60mm thick door prepared for half euro profile cylinder and in Silver finish with necessary fittings etc. complete for all floor all height as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Sec.9.0 Plastering & Pointing works Providing material and labour for laying 10mm thick mala cement plaster in single coat on ceiling & stairs and soffits plastering and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand) for all floor, all level, all height (including all basement) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying 20 mm thick internal/ external double coat mala cement plaster on interior brick / concrete work for plastering comprising of base coat of 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) in rough finishing and 8 mm thick top coat of cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand) finished for all floor, all level, all height (including all basement) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for laying 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying plaster of paris of 10mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Complete in all respect including all required for the same.
Sec.10.0 Waterproofing works Providing material and labour for laying average 18mm thick double coat (water proof) smooth/ wired finish cement plaster on sides of masonry work/ block wall/ RCC wall, 12 mm thk first coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) by spraying , second coat of 6 mm of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and mixing Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions in both coats, finishing the surface wired finish/ smooth finish with a floating coat of neat cement slurry at 2.75 Kg/ sqm to receive the tiles for all floors, all shapes and all height including hacking to RCC surface, scaffolding, curing etc. complete for all floor, all height as directed by engineer-in-charge. Cement slurry admixed with Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions is to be applied before each coat and final finishing coat.
Providing material and labour for laying average 50 mm thick IPS, water proof cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Graded Aggregate 10mm Nominal size) to RCC under ground tanks at all heights in line, level and gradient including mixing water proofing compound in recommended proportions suggested by manufacturer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and leaving the surface rough wired finish to receive any type of flooring / smooth finish etc complete for all floor all height as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying integral cement based water proofing treatment (India type brick bat) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc with average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm and consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with wired finish to receive china mosaic flooring. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge for all height all level.
Toilet waterproofing Providing material and labour for carrying out waterproofing treatment to sound concrete surface of toilets, sunken slabs, corridors, wet areas etc. after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt etc., repairing of cracks (if any) using polymer modified mortar, carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points modified with Plasticized Expandive Grout Admixture @ 225 gms per bag of cement, carry out 50 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) vatta/ corner modified with Styrene Butadine Polymer bonding agentat dosage of 2.5 Ltr per 50kg cement, Pre-dampening concrete surface, mixing and application of two coats of Elastomeric Polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating by incorporating alkali resistance 45 gsm glass fibremesh between 1st and 2nd coat using suitable brush or roller as per coverage etc. complete for all floor al height all level as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed by engineer in charge. Cured Polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating shall comply with ASTM D4060, ASTM D4541, ASTM D638,ASTM C836 and possess below properties: Mixed density : 1.68 g/cc, Adhesion to concrete-> 1 N/mm2, Non-toxic, Static crack accommodation-1 mm Water proofing system shall be executed by only approved applicator of approved brand and under strictly supervision of technical fellow of manufacturer. The rate includes giving 10 year guarantee for waterproofing on a Rs.100/- stamp paper in approved proforma.
Hole Packing treatment on service line Providing material and labour for applying total packing treatment on any type of pipes comes into water proofing area for all floor, all height as directed by engineer in charge as follows : Preparing the inside surface of core and Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using Styrene Butadine Polymer bonding agentto enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using non shrink cement polymer based grout using Non-shrink cementitious grout upto the surface of the bore whilst the bonding agent is in tacky state before application of water proofing treatment. Treatment shall be executed by same agency with same manufacturer's product. Warranty includes in water proofing item.
Sec.11.0 FLOORING WORKS Providing material and labour for laying average 25mm thick machine cut polished Green Kota stone slab of size upto 900mm in flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including curing, rubbing and polishing at all floors any heights, any lead and lift in any shape and pattern etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approved procurement of material.
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10 mm thick Kota stone slabs in upto 100mm high skirting, (flush with plaster) laid on average 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including providing 10mm wide grove between skirting and plaster, rubbing and polishing complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material. Shade of skirting must be match with flooring stone.
Providing material and labour for laying average 25 mm thick machine cut polished Green kota stone slab of size upto 1.5mt length with uniform thickness for parapeet wall coping, tread, window jambs & sills, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry including champhering of exposed edges, polishing, rubbing, curing, finishing, buffing after final polishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of making rebates of 10x10mm for forming the grooves between treads and risers with polishing inside the groove. Sample shall be approved before execution. Providing material and labour for laying cement concrete pavement (of any thickness) with 1:2:4 (1-cement : 2-coarse sand : 4-stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including curing, finishing with floating coat of neat cement complete at all floors any heights, any lead and lift etc complete. as directed by Engineer Incharge.
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick full body vitrified tile of size upto 600mm of any shade, any finish (glossy, matt, satin or anti skid finsh) of approved make in flooring and Skirting laid over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material. Actual laid area of tile shall be measured and paid.
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged Vitrified tiles of size upto 600mm (of any shade glossy, matt or satin finsh) of approved make, shade and finish as approved by Architect/ EIC for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc in wall tile, dado, risers of steps, jambs as per drawings. Wall tile is to be fixed over 10 to 12 mm thick smooth finish plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting and backing coat plaster shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material.
Extra for providing material and labour for Grouting the joints of any type of flooring tiles of Size upto 600mm having joints of 3mm width and in full depth, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade and approved make (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling/ grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing average 18mm thick mirror polish Granite of uniform size and colour for treads and risers of stair, sill, jams of window, coping etc size 1200mm to 2500 mm long, of approved shade, including necessary machine - cut edges (uniform thickness) rounded edges, as per design in required sizes and shapes over 20 mm (average) thick bedding of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement and matching pigment including rubbing, re-polishing after fixing to remove any undulation between the joints (if required) with different grades of Emery, refilling of open joints, curing, daily cleaning and mopping, as directed for at least 15 days or up to the satisfaction of the EIC etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as per approved sample by Architect, drawings and instruction of EIC. The rate includes machine cut edges of uniform thickness, champhering and mirror polishing of edges and maintaing upto hand over the project.

Providing material and labour for fixing both side average 18mm thick mirror polished Granite stone slab as per sample approved by Engineer in charge with edges rounded and mirror polished, of required size fixed as urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All expose edges shall be champhered and mirror polished. Rate shall be inclusive of chasing, cutting, edge champhering, edge polishing, curing, finishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete for all floors all level etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.
Providing material and labour for laying sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 18 mm thick single side polish Granite of approved size, shade and sample on top and 30 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in between b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1:4) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side granite. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with kota on top and 50mm CM (1:4) at bottom, kota stone skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of granite, MS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required). Rate shall be also inclusive of curing, making holes & cutouts for sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap but excluding the cost of MS work, plumbing fixtures ans sink. at all floors all height etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (Only plan area shall be measured & paid for). Rate shall be included all kota & granite mentioned in above.
Providing material and labour for roughened strip 2.5 cm wide to form antiskid surface on treads of stairs in any type of stone including forming straight deep curved gishi (groove), 6 mm wide & 4 mm deep on two sides of the roughened area, chiseling, polishing the edges, sides and bottom of gishi etc. complete as per sample approved for all floor, all height. Only one time length of tread of stair shall be measured for payment.
Providing material and labour for laying broken china mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles (of any shade) to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to bring mortar creme out upto surface using white cement including rounding off junctions and extending them upto 15 cm along the wall, curing, clearing with water and oxalic acid etc for all level, all height as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying Cement Mortar for additional floor bedding in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement: 6 - coarse sand) including curing etc for all floor, all level all height. Additional bedding thickness shall be as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying average 25mm thick chisel cut semi mirror polished Green Kota stone slab of size upto 600mm in flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including curing, rubbing and polishing at all floors any heights, any lead and lift in any shape and pattern etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material.
Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, of steps, wall, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile, adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joint (payment for grouting of joint to be made separately).
Providing labour and machineries for polishing of kota stone work with upgradation from semi mirror polish to mirror polish including all necessary work for complete polishing at all floors any heights, any lead etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Complete in all respect including all required for the same.

Sec.12.0 Structural steel works Providing material and labour for, fabricating, assembling, hoisting/ erecting and fixing in position at all heights/ all levels/ all floors/ all shapes & sizes with all leads & lifts using MS Rolled Steel Sections, Hollow sections, Tubular Sections, MS Plates, Chequered Plates, MS Pipes, Perforated Sheet, Flats, Bars , Angles, MS Sheet, Girder, Beam, cattle trap, deep threaded MS bolts, threaded J bolts, insert plate, support plate etc as per drawing. all confirming to latest relevant IS codes for the work of steel structures like staircases, railings, handrail, jali, gates, grills, bracings, platforms, brackets, monkey ladder, cattle trap, rungs, false ceiling frame work, Roof canopy, fencing posts, M.S. Screen & fencing jali frame work etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, bolting and welding the members all as per approved shop drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship) including necessary scaffolding/ staging etc. complete and comprising of Profile Cutting, Smooth grinding/ machining of edges/ faces/ all welding joints; Necessary welding; Machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring; dry sanding, degreasing (wet cleaning) & preparation of rustfree surface manually or mechanically, metal putty to make the surface even and smooth, 1 coat of epoxy primer and 2 coat of PU paint of approved make shade of paint over all the surfaces of the steel sections. The Contractor shall prepare shop drawing as per GFC drawing and as per actual site condition and get approved before execution by engineer in charge. (Standard measurements will be paid for as actual cut length used at site)
Providing and fixing in position, interlocking rolling shutter of approved make, made of 18 gauge, 75mm wide cold rolled GI lath interlocked, including top cover (20 gauge), spring, axles (specially designed shaft), guide rails (10 gauge), tees, iron pulleys, ball bearings, handles, arrangement for inside and outside locking arrangement, with Mechanical Type (Gear Arrangement), holding down bolts embedded in CC 1:2:4 / anchor fastener of HILTI or equivalent including 1 coat of Rustocap and 2 coat of Hi-Gloss Metal PU Paint of approved make and shade over all the surfaces etc. as directed. (Measurements considered for payments shall be clear size of opening plus guide channels on both the sides for width and 450mm on top for drum height.)
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) Railing and baluster system of approved make stair railing, hand rail, bump rail, guard rail, with knock down system made of Hollow or solid secion i.e. tubes, square, flat, plates, bar etc with base plate Cover cap, finishing accessories, infilled holding brackets, fixing accessories etc. for any type of design, shape (plain/ curvature), size as per drawing. Railing shall be top mounted or side/ wall mounted. Railing shall be fixed with SS 316 grade anchor fastner of required size and as per fixing position of approved make. No Welding OR Fabrication shall be allowed at site. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Sample shall be approved before execution. Contractor shall arrange mock up of railing system (2 or 3 no) in required length as directed by Architact and Engineer in charge. Contractor shall protact railing system uptill handeling over the project.
SS water trough Providing material and labour for, Fabricating and fixing SS 316 grade water trough of size 300mm x 450mm with 300mm high SS sheet cladding (dedo) made out of 1.2mm thick sheet and required size of angle, flat etc in satin/ brush finish including supporting fittings made out of SS 316 grade solid rods, flats, anges, compatible SS anchor fastener (mechanical or chemical) as per manufacturer's specifications, SS supporting arrangement, latth work, argon arc welding bending and bends as per the detail drawing with best (high) quality finish & as per the a sample approved by Architect and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour and wastage for all floor, all height, all level. Water trough shall be measured in Rmt. Installed length shall be measered. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing ant get approved before execution.
Sec.13.0 Painting works White washing with lime on wall and ceiling surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly booming the surface to remove all dirt, dust; mortar drops and other foreign matter etc complete for all floors, all heights, all level as directed by Engineer Incharge.
Providing material and labour for applying (Synthetic) Plastic emulsion paint (minimum 2 coats) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gm/ltr on newly/ existing dry interior plastered surface including ceiling, roof etc. at all heights/ all levels/ all surfaces to give an even shade on prepared (putty and primer work) surfcae. Sample to be approved before starting of the work by Architect/ EIC. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of scafolding but excluding the cost of primer and putty work.
Providing material and labour for applying required coats (min two coats) of white cement based putty after thoughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter. Preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, after applying every coat of putty complete. Priming coat of alkali resistant cement primer (water or solvent based) is to be applied over prepared smooth surface (undulation free) etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. After application of putty work, wall surface shall be in levelled and without undulation. The rate shall include the cost of filler for filling the cracks on surface, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter, scaffolding etc. as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material & labour for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with exterior primer for New work (Two coat including priming coat of exterior primer as per manufacturer's specification) of approved make and shade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of required shade etc. including all required for the same.
Providing ,aterial and labour for Wall painting with anti microbial premium quality acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved make and shade, with additional teflon surface protection, anti microbial formula & stain resistant, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour over acrylic wall putty and one priming of approved make for all floor all height etc complete asdirected by engineer in charge.
Forming groove of uniform size 12mmx12mm in top layer of plaster/joint of sill as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for applying external finish of average 2 to 2.5mm thick acrylic polymer based texture and pattern with standard tool and applicator as specified by manufacturer on exterior surfaces at all heights including scaffolding to give even shades including thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droping and other foreign matter and sand paper smoothed as per the manufacture specifications etc. complete for all floor, all height, all level and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge/ Architect. The rate includes making of grooves, pattas and finishing as directed by Engineer in charge. Paint shall be measured and paid in seperate tender item. (Item should be executed by approved applicator only.)
Sec.14.0 ROOFING WORK Providing & Fixing M/F Suspended 08mm Plain Calcium Silicate Board which includes GI Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centres. GI Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to suitable height as per sight conditions by fixing it to the GI soffit clit with Soffit Cleat and Rawl Plug creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. GI Intermediate channel is fixed to the GI Ceiling Angle with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 GI metal to metal screw. The GI Ceiling Section is then fixed to the GI Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. All framing and grid section shall be GI (as per IS 513) having yeild strength 300 mpa and galvanized finish of 150 GSM as per IS 277. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Plain Gypsum Board (Confirming to IS 2095-Part-I, 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing Compound & Joint Paper tape. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts. Area of cutouts shall not be deducted and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections provided. Only plan area shall be considered for payment.
Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 150 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up to 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification. In ceiling, drop down patta of any width shall be measured and paid. Rate shall also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of putty and painting. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with coordination of all services and opening/ excess. Sample, shop drawing and mock up shall be approved by Engineer in charge. Measurements shall be wall to wall (plan area) and drop down patta without any deductions for lights, diffusers, columns etc. Nothing extra shall be paid for making provisions for providing light, diffusers, AC grill, fire alarm, sprinkler system and other such fittings. 12.5 mm thick Dampline Gypsum Boards (Confirming to EN520) complying to IS: 2095 : 2011. including all required for the same.
Metal False Ceiling: Providing & Fixing true horizontal level suspended ceiling comprising of GI Clip-in with double pip self-leveling consisting of 600x600mm clip in tiles of galvanized steel in 0.5 mm thickness with bevel edge in pre-coated Global white color with Light Reflectance > 75% and fire performance of Class 0/Class 1 as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 standards. Warranty Certificate of 10 Years and Test Reports for Fire rating shall be provided by Vendor. Installation: To comprise 3000mm long ‘C’ channels spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffit using 6mm dia threaded rod connecting C- channel hanger at 1200mm C/C and anchor fastener. The last hanger at the end of each C channel should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. Use a C-channel connector for splicing two pieces of C-channels. 4000mm Main carriers (spring tee bars) shall be spaced at 600mm centers in a direction perpendicular to the C-channels and secured at every intersection with C channel using a hanger. Use connector to splice two pieces of main carriers. Tiles should be clipped in between two carriers (spring tee bars) from below. Perimeter trims to be of wall angles of size 3000x19x32mm in white color secured to walls at 450mm maximum centers. Installation to be carried out by trained Installation team and as per recommended procedure of approved manufacturer. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, scafolding, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing etc complete for all level, all height, all floor amd as directed by Engineer in charge. Only plan area shall be considered for payment.
Perforated Gypsum tile acoustic false ceiling : Supplying material labour for fixing of Suspended ceiling system with 12.5mm thick glass fibre perforated gypsum plaster board/ tile of any size having any type of edges and any shape, any size, any pattern perforation and GI suspended framing system. This includes ribbed frame Perimeter Channel fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 600mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling. Then suspending ribbed section used as intermediate channel from the soffit at 1220mm centres with Ceiling Angle fixed to RCC Slab with Soffit Cleat and steel expansion Fasteners @ 600mm Centres respectively. Ultra frame ribbed Ceiling Section are then fixed to Intermediate channel with the help of four point connecting clip (0.8mm thick) and in perpendicular direction to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres. All framing and grid section shall be GI (as per IS 513) having yeild strength 300 mpa and galvanized finish of 150 GSM as per IS 277. 12.5mm thick glass fibre perforated gypsum plasterboards/ tile of any size having any shape, any size, perforation of any pattern is screw fixed with 25mm long Drywall screws at 230 mm centres. 50mm thk 24kg/m3 glasswool should be placed between the frame and perforated board with the help of Glasswool tissue bag. The screw fixing of gypsum plasterboards to the metal framing at the periphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centres. Finally square or tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat as per the drawing & approved sample. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, scafolding, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing etc complete for all level, all height, all floor amd as directed by Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Sec.9.0 Operation & Maintenance Works SYSTEM OPERATION & MAINTENACE : Bidder shall indicate their charges for the following : Comprehensive preventive maintenance contract for the entire chilled water system & VRF System supplied / Installed by the HVAC contractor inclusive of all parts, consumables and labour for all equipment supplied as well as replacement of any equipment / component / part which can not be repaired to the satisfaction of the Client. The Operation contract shall also include operatrion of entire chilled water System & VRV System based on 2 persons for 2 shifts & 1 person for night shift and 365 days per year. Only operation cost shall be considered during defect liability period. 1st year Cost of maintenance shall be inclusive in the DLP and no extra payment will be paid for the maintenance in the first year after handing over. Section 27 Miscelleneous Iteam Providing and fixing vinyl flooring of 2mm thick 100% recycled PVC flexible homogeneous and monolayer in construction of weight minimum 2600 g/m2 and should be manufactured by calendering and pressing process of size 2mt x 20mt in approved pattern, to ensure a dense, smooth surface and non-directional design, color dyed as a raw mixture to ensure even color throughout the thickness and its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance with Anti-bacterial and Fungicidal properties. The flooring shall incorporate a specially formulated Polyurethane reinforcement (PUR+) Surface Treatment having wear resistance of ≤ 4.0mm3 as per EN 660.2 and Wear Group T as per EN-649 and should have a residual indentation of −0.03mm confirming to EN-433. The laid flooring shall confirm the fire rating B1 class as per EN 13501-1. It should have low VOC contain as TVOC after 28 days <10 µg/m3 as per ISO 16000-6. The floor finish should terminate at the room perimeter passing over a concealed cove former and continuing up the wall for 100mm. The joints in the flooring should be sealed by using a PVC welding bar of matching colour to be supplied by the manufacturer, using a hot air gun for fusion of welding bar with flooring. The laid flooring shall confirm fire rating Bfl-s1 class as per EN 13501-1. The vinyl sheet shall be laid on existing leveled surface and fixed with water based adhesive of approved make as per manufacturer’s specification etc complete as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include cost of surface preparation, all materials, wastages and labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights.
Providing material and labour for fixing in position SS 304 - 18 x 16 mesh and 32gauge Mosquito net of any size any shape having 50 micron pure polyster powder coating of approved make and shade for aluminium sliding shutter/ fixed shutter or in front of aluminium louvers as per approved shop drawing prepared by contractor.
