Engaging Essential Service to the Maintenance of 304 HIG flats at Koyembedu.

Providing security guard (watch and ward) to look after the departmental materials kept inside and around the scheme area to avoid theift such as motors, water supply mains switches, EB meter and sanitary fittings and safety of fixtures and fittings in building including cost of replacing missing store materials if any against damages encroachment of common space and other electrical materials etc., including all incident charges such as khadi, uniform, torchlight, badge, raincoat, shoes etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (3 shifts per day and 2 persons per shift) 1st shift - 6 am to 2 pm 2nd shift - 2 pm to 10 pm 3rd shift - 10 pm to 6 am

Engaging Pump Operator for maintenance such as to operate the electric motor for pumping water from well to sump and sump to OHT for day to day water supply arrangements etc., all complete and as directed by the departmentsl officers.(2 persons per day)

Engaging Electrician Grade - II for attending electrical fault in wiring and replacing the bulb, starter, chock in common areas and electrical fittings excluding cost of materials & including labour charges. all complete and as directed by the departmentsl officers.(2 persons per day)

Engaging Sweeper cum scavanger for cleaning the common areas including clearing the cobweb, cleaning of vegitations, bushes, jungle clearance and around the blocks, desilting, clean the gully traps and cleaning the storm water drains and removal of debris away from the scheme area , maintaining the avenue trees and garden plants etc., all complete and as directed by the departmentsl officers. B1,B2 ,C1 & C2 block 1st floor to 19th floor : 4x3 = 12 Nos per day B1,B2 ,C1 & C2 block stilt & terrace floor: 1x2 = 2 Nos per day B1,B2 ,C1 & C2 block surrounding area : 1x2 = 2 Nos per day

Engaging Lift Operator for passenger lifts only (excluding fire lift) from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm to operate the lifts properly, maintain and clean the lift etc., all complete and as directed by the departmentsl officers. (2 persons per lift per day)

Engaging Collection well for maintenance such as to operate the electric motor to pump the sewer line from CMWSSB sewer line etc.,all complete and as directed by the departmentsl officers. (1 person per day)
