Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium unserviceable/ perished point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets, light fittings,removing material from site for taking credit etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, complete all as specifiecd and directed.

Taking down carefully unsv sub main wiring including earth continuity any type/ size with surface casing/ caping/ TW batten/ PVC conduit surface or recess etc and removing materials from sites and making good distrubed surface of walls and roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly running in and including PVC casing & caping (ISI marked) of suitable size with PVC boards of appropriate sizes and all requisite accessories such as PVC elbow, Tee, collars, bends etc. with PVC terminals box & cover for mounting swtches, sockets, fan regulator etc for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of circular of size 10 Sqmm 2 core including taking down existing old service connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep at contractor's work shop, incl dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for rod, bracket, bush rod, greasing/oiling etc assembling, cleaning and testing of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' (ii) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Cost of minor part i.e. Cotter pin, screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of down rod of ceiling fan 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of lemgth 0.45 m incl clamps, bolts, nuts, split pins, washers of suitable size of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Rewinding of stator winding shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Cost of minor part i.e. screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

Supply only double ball bearing (ISI marked) for exhaust fan of 200 mm sweep to 450 mm sweep fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gun metal bush for exhaust fan of any capacity. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 450mm sweep exhaust fan motor with superior quality copper winding wire with insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 300mm sweep exhaust fan motor with superior quality copper winding wire with insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only blade of exhuast fan of 200 mm sweep to 450 mm sweep as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to exhaust fans after preparation of all over surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying incl filling cavities with filler complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in surplus spoil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of Sand 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : Punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for paid)

M&L for burnt bricks locally available, sub class 'B', laid flat for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing in repair of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, brick protection shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, stringing, stretching and binding with insulator, ACSR conductor of adequate size (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches coming in proximity to LT over head lines and involved with over head lines where detected , over head lines to be cleared of tree branches atleast 2.5 Mtrs apart from ACSR conductor from all sides complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contactor is supposed to manage long wooden ladder atleast 32 feet height, rope and handsaw machine to clear the lines from tree branches having girth upto 6" dia at his own arrangement and cost.

M&L for Re-stretching of loose over head ACSR conductor of any type including GI wire and repair of the broken conductors and adding new length( if required) in place of old and burnt conductor of any size on existing poles with proper sagging including winding with winding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old conductor shall be reused where required for repairing broken length of conductor as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole.

M&L for painting to steel poles including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.
