Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for "Construction of shed with steel structure of approx. size 42m X 6m and height upto 5 m at Pune Airport, Pune". Scope of work includes :- Planning, Designing & Detailing, Structural design with relevant seismic considerations for Civil Works. The structural drawings and designs shall have to got vetted from Government Engineering College, Pune. Note:- i) Consultant has to provide Engineering Consultancy for above design. ii) The cost as incurred towards vetting of the structural drawings and designs is included in this item hence no extra payment shall be made in this regard.

Consolidating subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spills etc and rerolling the subgrade.

Supplying and filling moorum / good earth with plasticity Index not more than 6 and liquid limit not more than 25 obtained from approved quarry in embankment or depression in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in depth ( or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-charge in case vibratory roller is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give density not less than 98% of the maximum modified standard proctor density complete including leveling, fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MoRTH specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in - Charge with all leads and lifts. Note: Rate is inclusive of Royalty to be paid to the local Govt. Authorities.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns, road, driveway & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size, shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required line, level, size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and laying Polythene Sheet (400 Micron thick) conforming to IS 2508 antifriction layer on the sub base course complete as per spefification with specified over lap between adjacent strip and transverse joint (only plan area is measured for payment).

Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. minimum flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using 350 Kg of Ordinary Portland cement of 43 grade, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using manual method with steel form work of sturdy M.S. Channel sections, screed, float finish, texture etc. including making necessary provision for expansion joint, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and particular specifications. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: i) Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. ii) Filling Polysulphide sealant in dummy & construction joints including providing closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, and painting side of joints with Polysulphide primer, etc. complete Note: For the purpose of tendering, the quantity of cement used for one Cum. of finished concrete may be assumed as 350 Kg. If the actual quantity of cement required as per laboratory mix design varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of cement as per mix design, if any, is payable/ recoverable separately.
