(e) Filter feed tank with Centrifugal pump installed on common base plate, motor, 3 Ph, 430/440V, 7.5 HP – 02 Nos (f) Sand Pressure Filter Cylindrical vessel with shell made out of MS Sheet with inlet distributor, under drain system, frontal piping with valve, sand filter media suitable for handling of 400 Cum/day sullage water to remove suspended matter to less than 30 mg/ltr with connected accessories complete – 01 No (g) Activated carbon Filter Cylindrical vessel with shell made out of MS Sheet with inlet distributor, under drain system, frontal piping with valve, activated carbon, suitable for handling of 400 Cum/day sullage water with connected accessories complete – 01 No (h) Treated water circulating Centrifugal pump installed on common base plate, motor 3 Phase, 430/440V, 7.5 HP – 02 Nos and 2 HP- 02 Nos. (m) Submersible pump set 7.5 HP, 3phase 430/440 V installed on treated water sump with Chain pully block -2 Nos & LT control panel board - 1 No (n)Raw water pump house feeding of raw water to high rise buildings at Nofra and WNC (O) Mess area consisting of centrifugal pump set 30HP - 3 Nos & LT control panel board - 2 Nos. ACTIVITIES (a) Cleaning of entire plant room & equipments daily (b) Overhauling/greasing & replacement of pump gland packings monthly. (c)Filling of overhead tanks with raw water for high rise buildings at Nofra and WNC (O) Mess area by operating distribution valve & inlet valve of overhead tank by deploying required manpower to ensure sufficient raw water is made available round the clock to the bldg. Note for item No-1 (i) All chemicals required for addition in the water will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant items herein after (ii) Testing of water sample shall be carried out by contractor from Govt.approved lab/registered lab monthly ACTIVITIES (a) Cleaning of entire plant room & equipments daily (b) Overhauling / greasing & replacement of pump gland, packings and fuses of panel etc as and when required. (c) Maintaining of log sheet on daily basis without fail. (d) Checking of tanks on buildings time to time and as and when required.

S&F in repair sluice valve, cast iron body flanged end drilled and non rinsing type brass spindle with long body, class P N 16, conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 including flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:- Make- Kirloskar/Leader/Venus/Kartar

Suply and fix in repair PVC float valve (ISI marked ) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. ( Minimum weight 40mm- 690 Grams 50mm- 830 Grams including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, reducer, nipple etc for the following sizes:-

(a) 40mm bore

(b) 50mm bore

(c) 80 mm bore

Opening the bottom and top cover of the cylinderical type sand pressure feed filtration plant and taking out the complete filter media from the vesel. Cleaning the complete internal surface area of the plant with wire brush,removing all the deposited sludge,mud dirt etc and cleaning the vessel with water. Washing complete sand filter media, screening with suitable size mesh stainer removing all the vegetation and making free from unwanted material. The scope of work includes the following :- (a) Filling only washed sand filter media into the vessel - 300 Kgs (b) Supply and filling New/Fresh barakar sand filter media into the plant- 2000 Kg (c) Supply and fix 8 mm thick rubber fiber gasket joints with nuts,washer, as existing size at top and bottom cover of plate. (d) Painting complete external surface of filter media, valves and connecting lines after completion of work. (e) Fixing of top and botton cover testing and commissioning complete

Cleaning of sullage water holding sump of size 7.6m depth and 7.5 m dia by dewatering the existing soil, silt, sludge by using pneumatic pump adhering proper precautions and safety measures,cleaning the entire surface of bottom and side walls by washing with a pressure nozzle to remove entire dirt complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of low speed aeration tank of size 9.5 x 9.5 x 3 meter depth by dewatering/pumping out the existing soil, sludge by pneumatic/Non clog pump after adhering proper precautions and safery measures, cleaning the entire surface and side walls by washing with pressure nozzle to remove entire dirt complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of central drive secondary clarifier chamber of size 6 meter dia x 2.05 meter deep by dewatering /pumping out the existing soil,silt, sludge by using pneumatic/Non clog pump set after adhering proper precautions all safety measures, cleaning the entire surface of bottom and side walls by washing with a pressure nozzle to remove entire dirt complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of filter feed tank of 4 x 3 x 2 meter deep by dewatering/ pumping out the existig soil, silt sludge by using pneumatic /Non clog pump set after adhering all safety measures and all precautions, cleaning fo entire surface and bottom, side walls by washing with a pressure nozzle to remove all dirt and algae formed on entire surface complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of treated water holding underground sump of size 4 meter dia x 7 meter deep by dewatering/pumping out the existing soil, silt sludge by using pneumatic/ Non clog pump set after adhering all safety measures and precautions, cleaning the enire surface of bottom and side walls by wire brush and washing with the help of a pressure nozzle to remove entire deposited material complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable PVC armoured hose pipe with CI foot valve and GI bend from sullage connection chamber supply and fix new heavy duty PVC armoured hose pipe 110 mm dia 8 meter long duly fitted with 100 mm dia CI foot valve Make : NORMEX and heavy duty GI bend including replacement of Nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc and connecting with pump set testing and lowering in to the collection chamber complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking down and dismentling pump sets,horizontal non cloging type of capacity 30 HP installed on sewage collection sump at MEENA pump house for overhauling, painting (after complettion of work) and repair /replacement of the following worn out parts (a) CI Impeller of Existing size (b) Carbon steel shaft duly threaded from boath ends as existing -01 (c ) Carbon steel keys for pump shaft -02 (d) Ball bearing 6207 SKF -01 (e) Ball bearing 6307 SKF -01 (f) Gasket as Existing -01 (g) Assembling ,coupling with electric motor and testing complete

Disconnectin and taking down and dismentling pump sets,horizontal non cloging type of capacity 2.0 HP installed on common base plate for recycling of sullage water from clarifier to Aeration tank for recycling of sullage water for servicing /over hauling and repair /replacement of the following worn out parts:- (a) CI Impeller of Existing size (b) Carbon steel shaft as existing-01 (c) Carbon steel keys for pump shaft -02 (d) Bush and ball bearingof existing size -01 (e) Gasket as Existing -01 (f) Assembling ,coupling with electric motor and testing complete and complete painting all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and kepping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 2 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity 1.5 KW, 3 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from Meena STP and shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing all complete including painting of complete motor and connected lines, valves after completion of work , cost of painting shall deemed to be included in quoted rates

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and kepping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 7.5 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity 6 KW, 3 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from Meena STP and shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing all complete including painting of complete motor and connected lines, valves after completion of work, cost of painting shall deemed to be included in quoted rates

Disconnecting electric supply and supply line from submersible of capacity 7.5 HP held in main sewage holding sump, taking out adhering all safety measures, shift to workshop to carryout necessary repair, dismantle the pump cutting/removing the burnt winding, cleaning the pump carefully and rewinding the motor with proper insulation with replacement of bearing, bushes complete all as specified and directed including painting of complete motor and connected lines, valves after completion of work, cost of painting shall deemed to be included in quoted rates

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and kepping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 10 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity 7.5 KW, 980 RPM, 3 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from Meena STP and shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing complete all as specified and directed including painting of complete motor and connected lines, valves after completion of work, cost of painting shall deemed to be included in quoted rates

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and kepping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 30 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity 22 KW, 2900 RPM, 3 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from Meena STP and shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing complete all as specified and directed including painting of complete motor and connected lines,valves after completion of work, cost of painting shall deemed to be included in quoted rates

Disconnecting electric supply from motor, removing wornout coupling and supply and fix new coupling for the follolwing:-

(a) 2 HP motor

(b) 7.5 HP motor

(c) 10 HP motor

(d) 30 HP motor

Taking down old/ unsserviceable foot valve from sewage collection tank/ treated water sump Supply and fix new foot valve along with screen filter of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for attending Raw water supply complaints and rectification as mentioned below here in after Note :- (a) Scaffolading if any required during the progress of work the contractor shall provide the same with out any extra cost to the department the rates quoted shall be deemed inclusive of this provision (b) Necessary complaint book shall be provided and maintained by the contractor, complaint slip shall be deposited very next day in the complaint cell of NOFRA w/s duly signed by the accupant (c) Rates for small fittings and parts are deemed to be included in item rate however pipes, valves, PVC connection shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items of schedules.

Cleaning of raw water OHT tanks of capacity up to 2000 ltrs in existing position by mechanised pressure cleaned by Mechanical high pressure spray and steel wire brush to remove algae/dirt/foregin completely and soaking out water/dirt with a high pressure wet vaccume pump and removing spoils outside of MD land and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in repairs rotational moulded PVC tank 2000 ltr in position at any location on top of the building including removing existing tank disconnecting all incoming and out going connections, provision of new fittings suitable up to 80mm bore GI pipe all as per existing requirements all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning of GI pipes by opening of fittings, removing mud, sludge, etc and refixing as stated above for pipes of size. NOTE :For item Nos 38 to 48 : Contractor has to arrange one qualified Plumber with one Helper daily report to Complaint Cell for repair/replacement of pipe line including plumbing works (including Sunday & holiday) and rates to be included in quoted Unit Rate.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacing for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L Rendering in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick on fair face of brick work and finised even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth Putty finish as required punning 3mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : (a) OBD : Asain Paint Tractor Emulsion or Berger Bison Distemper or equivalant in nerolac. (b) Primer : Asian or Berger or its equivalent in nerolac.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on old plastered surfaces including prepairation of surfaces on ceiling

M&L applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper on old decorated surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. incl all necessary scaffolding etc.
