REPAIR/REWINDING, PAINTING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF FAN INSTALLED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL BUILDING AT AF STN MOHANBARI UNDER GE(AF) MOHANBARI

Supply and fixing in repairs stepped type electronic fan regulator piano flush type for ceiling fan on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs modular stepped type electronic fan regulator, 2 module for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing after complete repairing of the ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep in its original position, connecting and testing, including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Bearing / gun metal bush / rubber bush & bolts / capacitor / rewinding / shaft etc. will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down and refixing after complete repairing of the exhaust fan of any make/model/sweep in its original position, connecting and testing, including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.(Note :- Bearing / gun metal bush / rubber bush & bolts / capacitor / rewinding / shaft etc. will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down and refixing after complete repairing of the wall mounted/ pedestal / table/ air circulator fan of any make / model /sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Bearing / gun metal bush / rubber bush & bolts / capacitor / rewinding / shaft etc. will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fans 1200 /1400 mm sweep of any make/model, including removal of existing burnt windings completely and carefully from the slots, cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing guage complete including dismantling and re-assembling of starter, rotor, blades etc. all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Note:- (Rate is inclusive of transportation to and from MES store/site to workshop in Tinsukia/ Dibrugarh)

Ditto all as per item No.6 above but exhaust fan from 325 mm to 450 mm sweep.

Ditto all as per item No.6 above but wall mounted fan up to 450 mm sweep.

M&L for cleaning/preparation of surfaces of ceiling fans up to 1400 mm sweep thoroughly and painting with one coat of spray painting (body and blades both) using synthetic enamel white paint over the existing paint including filling of cavities with filler and stenciling of MES No. with black paint over it complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Rate is inclusive of filling of cavities with filler and matching to existing finishing of fans)

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fans /wall mounted fans /exhaust fans /air circulator fans /table fan of any make/model/sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs rubber bush with bolt and nut suitable for ceiling fans /wall mounted fan /exhaust fan /air circulator fan /table fan of any make/model/sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs split pin and jam nut suitable for ceiling fan / wall mounted fan /exhaust fan /air circulator fan /table fan of any make/model/sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MS down rod 15 mm bore and 450 mm long including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs shaft suitable for ceiling fan /exhaust fan /air circulator fan of any make/model and sweep with necessary machining work complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs the canopy suitable for ceiling fan of existing type & size complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs MS clamp made of flat iron size 25 X 6 mm including nuts, bolts and 'S' hook complete all as directed.

M & L for tubes 'medium grade' galavanised iron pipe of size 50 mm bore in short lenghts, with all fittings and fixed complete between walls for hanging of ceiling fan etc including cutting into sizes as per site requirement after taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer- in- charge
