Note :- one supervisor should report to JE in charge on daily basis with complaint register. The minor complaints should be done by 24 hours of time and major complaints within 48 hours of time frame. Failing which 200/- per day will be levived from the contractor as penalty. The contractor will arrange the security passes for himself/supervisor and his work force as per the existing security of the station without any extra cost.
