Removing excavated material (any type) and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land. Notes: (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the excavated material/ debris are to be disposed off. No extra claim what-so-ever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) This item shall be considered as per the requirement at site. (iii) All excavation earthwork covered under Sch'A' part II to part IX shall be measured and paid under this item.

LIFTS

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 16 passenger lift, having 1.5 m/s car speed, single speed motor suitable for 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz electric power supply, conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G + 6 upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive), complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, machine room & near ground floor landing door) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to main DB including PCC earth pit with CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe for earth lead and for watering, excavation and earthwork in any type of soil & strata, filling the pit with charcoal and common salt surrounding the earth plate and earth strip upto 7.5m complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion . (Lift = 4, DG Set = 4, External Water Supply = 2, External Electric Supply = 10)

STANDBY POWER SUPPLY

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set, CPCB-IV emission complaint, PRIME RATED POWER(PRP) in accordance with ISO 8528, coupled with alternator AC, 75 kVA or nearest size on higher side at a power factor of 0.8 lagging, 415volts, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50HZ, 1500RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with in built fuel tank of capacity 150 ltrs or nearest with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, AVM pads, micro processed based relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel showing all parameters of engine & alternator, sound proof canopy & other accessories etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Additional specifications are as under :-

Engine: It shall be liquid cooled, multi cylinder, in-line 4 stroke complete with centrifugal, gear driven water pump, electrical starting system, electronic injection, first fill of of lube oil and coolant, battery charging alternator, battery, flywheel etc. Alternator : It shall be brush-less type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1 in IP23 enclosure with maximum voltage regulation +/-0.5%, solid state voltage regulator, Class of insulation H, flexible disc closed coupled etc

Control Panel : It shall be powder coated for weatherproof and long lasting finish. It shall consists of micro processor based generator set monitoring, metering and control system with LCD display, Bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/outgoing terminals, Indicating lamps, MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protections etc Acoustic Enclosure : It shall meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms. It shall be of CRCA sheet, 7/11 tank pretreatment process, fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material complying to IS 8183, external fuel filling provision with lock and key etc

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for Cutting in position existing water supply CI pipe line of 250mm or 300 mm dia and making out branch connection of 80 mm including all necessary CI fittings like end flange, CI Tee etc as per site condition including run lead joints, gaskets, nuts, bolts washers, excavation and earth work in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber 600x600x750mm (internal dimensions) with 150mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 over 150mm thick hard core, 230mm thick brick wall built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal plaster including top of floor in extra cement, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and PCC coping 40mm thick with 25x6mm flat iron hold fast with handle made up of 25mm dia MS round bar and locking arrangement including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, refilling & removal of surplus soil to outside MD land all as shown on drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning DI pipe 80 mm bore, centrifugally spun as per IS: 8329-2000 suitable for push-on-joint with inside cement mortar lining, ISI marked with and including one rubber ring per pipe length and specials as required at site, class K-7 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, RFR shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Install, Test & Commissioning of factory made indoor LT Panel board (Pump House Panel) cubical type floor mounting, dust and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with angle iron base frame, free standing on cable duct with cable entry holes at the bottom suitable for operation on 440 Volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz with 200 Amps rated copper Bus Bar, fully compartmentalised, vermin proof, painting with powder coating 7 tank process suitable for IP-52 protection including suitable PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation complete and comprising of the following specifications are as under :-

(a) 200 A rated copper bus bars with epoxy insulators - 01 Job (b) MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps, with ultimate breaking capacity of 16 KA at 415V, with thermal magnetic release, thermal overload setting - 01 No (Incomer). (c) MPCB 4 pole 32 Amps, 415V, 16 KA – 03 Nos (Out going) (d) FASD starter suitable for pumpset upto 7.5 HP complete with single phase preventor, timer, contactors, relays, push buttons, ON/OFF indicators etc - 02 Nos (e) MCB SPN 6-32A, 230 V- 2 Nos (Lighting DB) (f) Digital Voltmeter 0 to 500 Volts- 1 No. (g) Digital Ammeter 0 to 63 A with CTs- 1 No. (h) Phase indicating lamp LED type -set of three incoming. (j) Complete wiring of panel board with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cables.

S&F 80 mm foot valve, gun metal, ISI marked, screwed, integral seat type conforming to IS-4038 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F flanged CI air release valve double ball type, EPDM coated wooden balls suitable for 80 mm bore CI pipe as per IS-14845, ISI marked including all fittings, joints with rubber or fibre board, bolts and nuts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning HT XLPE insulated, screened,earth PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) of size 3 core 185 sqmm with aluminium conductor, suitable for 22KV grade as par relevant IS including latest amendment for IS (marked cable) testing commissioning along with complete laid in trenches duct etc all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Excavation, RFR, Sand & Cable covers shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 22 KV, 630A out door RMU, motorised, both side extendable, single way SF6, with breaking capacity of 21 KA for 3 second with self powered non-directional IDMT (Inverse definite minimum time ) over current and earth fault relays (micro processor based), cable box with cable cover interlock for front termination of the cable suitable upto 2R X 3 core 185 sqmm (XLPE) for VCB feeder cable door should be as per IP 54 and manufacturer design and specification.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Compact sub station (CSS) 22KV/415V, 200KVA, 50Hz, 3 Phase comprising following’s :-

(a) HT Switchgear : Non-extensible One way RMU, 22KV, 630 Amps, manually operated VCB with self powered relay having over current and earth fault protection, internal arc tested for 21KA for 3 seconds all as per IEC 62271-202:2022. Interconnection between HT switch gear and transformer shall be using suitable or OEM recommended size alumnium or copper un-armoured XLPE cable. The incomer of HT switchgear should be suitable for termination of 1 run x 3C x 185 Sqmm 22KV aluminium armoured XLPE cable.

(b) Transformer : 200KVA, 22KV/415V, Dyn, Air Natural cooling, Oil cooled Transformer with off circuit tap links +5% to 5% @ 2.5% on HT side all as per IS 1180 level 2 energy efficiency, impedence ___ , transformer compartment internal arc tested as per IEC 62271-202:2022 (c) MV Switchgear Panel : 415V indoor MV panel with 400 Amps Alumnium bus bars (100% for Phase & 50% for Neutral), complete with internal wiring consisting of (I) Incomer : MCCB 250A FP Thermally adjustable type 25KA – 01 No (ii) Outgoings : MCCB 160A TP thermally adjustable type 25KA – 01 No, MCCB 125A TP thermally adjustable type 25KA – 02 Nos, MCCB 100A TP thermally adjustable type 25KA – 02 Nos. Interconnection between Transformer and MV panel shall be using suitable size copper/alumnium bus bars / cables. Internal earthing connections by using 50 x 6mm GI strips including Transformer neutral. (d) Enclosure : It shall be Outdoor type having modular construction of Galvanised sheet steel. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurethane paint / powder coated. Enclosure shall be provided with lock and key arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided. Degree of Protection IP54 for HT and LT switch gear as per IEC 61330 & IEC 62271-202. The HT and LT cable entry shall be of Bottom entry of CSS enclosure. Necessary hole arrangements with glands to be provided.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made vermin proof LT panel (Non Essential) Indoor cubical, self supported, CPRI Approved make, front and rear openable, double door hinged type with locking arrangement and slopping top canopy, suitable protection with dust and vermin proof etc, fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank chemical process, mounted fixed on and included MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, platform 60 CM above the ground level and 45 CM below the ground level, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system with and lock openable by keys, having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent, gasket including following:

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made vermin proof LT panel (Essential services) Indoor cubical, self supported, CPRI Approved make, front and rear openable, double door hinged type with locking arrangement and slopping top canopy, suitable protection with dust and vermin proof etc, fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank chemical process, mounted fixed on and included MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, platform 60 CM above the ground level and 45 CM below the ground level, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system with and lock openable by keys, having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent, gasket including following:

Notes : Contractor shall note that the scope of work beyond LT Panel (Essential) shall be considered as internal electrification and the same shall be designed, planned & executed under the Annexures / Jobs of lifts, STP, fire fighting etc as applicable except LT cables upto Pump house LT Panel, STP Main panel & street lights.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type APFC panel 75 KVAR (in stages 2, 3, 5, 5, 10, 10, 20, 20) rated voltage 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, Delta connection, MPP/super heavy duty cylindrical capacitors, capacitor duty contactors with suitable MCBs/MCCBs, intelligent power factor controller, with 7% aluminum wound reactor units tested in accordance with IS 16636/IEC 61558 with contactor switching. The Main incomer shall be MCCB 160A FP 25KA breaking capacity. Panel shall be provided with Auto-manual switch, LED RYB indicators, LED Capacitor/Step ON/OFF indicators, Digital VAF & PF meter, CT coils, interconnecting wires between main LT panel & APFC panel for analyzing PF all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes: (i) Contractor shall submit GA drawing, electrical circuit diagram etc to the Garrison Engineer for approval before placing order. (ii) The contractor shall provide PCC foundation all as per OEM recommendation without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing of outdoor weatherproof PVC enclosure junction box of size 250x200x100mm fitted to the pole fixing with MS FI clamps size 25mm wide x 2mm thick 02Nos, suitable size nuts, bolts and washers complete including 3 amps MCB SP and Bakelite connector for terminating incoming and out going cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply Installation , testing and commissioning of LED type street light fitting suitable for 35W capacity LED lamp, IP 66 pressure die cast housing with epoxy powder coated aluminium housing drak graphite gray colour finish Enclosure complete with control driver, fixed on street light pole supplied and connected with 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper cable from street light connector to pole junction box with suitable size lugs/thimble complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning cable jointing kit for 22 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SIGN BOARD

Supplying of Retro Reflective sign board made up with 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet, of which both faces shall be fully covered with high Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Retro Reflective sheeting of approved specification as per MORTH having approved message (Matter and Base) fully processed by pressure sensitive equipment of approved brand (Avery Dennison / 3M ) fixed on stainless steel frame made up of SS as described complete all as directed.

Supply & Erection of framed work for Sign board using stainless steel Gde 304 tubular section (round/square) size 25 mm to 50 mm with all fittings like bend, tee etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: The design of each sign board frame / stand shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

ARBORICULTURE

Preparing the ground surface by removing all vegetation, debries, stone etc and loosening / tiling the top layer of soil to a depth of 225 mm including digging out unsuitable soil and remove the same to a distance not exceeding 50m replace the removed quantity of soil with approved suitable soil obtained from out side MD land and preparing combination of soil and manure in the ration of 2:1 and application at site including spreading leveling so as to form a layer of 225mm average thickness complete all as spedified and directed at site. Note : Supply only additional quantity of approved soil and manure will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only suitable soil for lawn/bed/hedge etc as specified and directed

Manning operation for maintenance of grass and flower beds for 6 months periods 6 Months = 6 x 30 = 180 days

Supply and planting of below mentioned trees in 0.25-0.30 m poly bags with height 0.90-1.20 m including holes 1.20 m dia x 1.20 m deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the atio 2:1 (2 parts of stacked volume of earth reduction of 20 % with 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 % , flooding with water and removal of soil:

Supply and planting of hedge shrubbery as directed by Engineer- in-charge including creation of beds by excavating 60 cm deep and 60 cm wide trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm re-filling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio 1:8 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reducing 20% with 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 %, flooding with water ,filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing ,levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of material declared unserviciable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.0 m complete.

Maintenance of plants / hedges/ grass by weeding hosing, saucer making once in every month for plants/ hedge, once in every 15 days for carpet gass/ country grass /doob grass, burmuda grass; prunning dried branches once in every week, depositing the material at place as directed by Engineer-in-charge and planting the new plants in place of dead plants of same species and height tuning with dods wherever required by replacing the dead patches of grass with the same grass as required without extra cost to the deptt and as directed complete for all above works

Manning & Operation of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift of provided make, type and 08 passengers lifts - 01 No. and 13 passengers lifts - 01 No. , covering all floors, speed 1.5m/sec, SS lift installed in the subject project as per tender by 01 x lift operator in 2Shifts and 01 operator in night shift on all days including Sundays and holidays (1st Shift-0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 2nd Shift-1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and night shift-2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including taking care of all lifts from any pilferage or damage etc. ,Period of manning & operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project. (TOTAL number of lift operators required per day are 03 nos.) Manning & Operation of E/M installation consisting of Fire fighting installations, electrically operated pump sets (for fresh water and for treated grey water) of different capacities including DG set installed in the subject project as per tender by placing one FGM and one valve man in each shift and maintenance of log book, taking care of pumps / valves / overflow of tanks, other minor repairs and leakages daily in three shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs including cleaning, daily maintenance, testing onsite water parameters using pH tester, chloroscope, TDS meter etc.Period of manning & operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project. (TOTAL number of FGM required per day are 03 nos.) on all days including Sundays and Gazetted holidays during the defects liability period of the project and for 03 years after the defects liability period of the project, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed:-

Comprehensive annual maintenance including all repairs / replacement and preventive maintenance / servicing of Complete water supply installations, & RO Plant all as provided & installed under the subject work throughout for a period of 03 (Three) years including Sundays and holidays after expiry of defects liability period (DLP). Contractor is responsible for efficient running of pump sets, RO plant etc. Preventive maintenance or periodical servicing, periodical painting, filtration shall be carried out all as per OEM manual or recommendation or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Qualified service engineer/technician shall carryout periodical servicing all as per OEM schedule or manual and shall ensure efficient running always complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed.
