Repair & overhauling work of 33 KV BHEL/CGL/Siemens/ABB/Shreem make VCB by checking and adjustment of snatch gap, travel of drive insulator rod, tie rod. Dismatling of operating mechanism of 33 KV VCB from cubical. Repair of opening and closing mechanism by welding, drilling, matching & filling of material as per requirement. Oiling and greasing of crank gears by opening of lock,circlip etc. Replacement of worn out parts such as bush, rings, lock pins & latch etc. to get the repair work complete. After repair of operating mechanism fitting the mechanism at in its original place in CB cubical.Fitting of tripping and closing coil with open and close mechanism. Now checking and adjustment of snatch gap,travel of drive insulator rod, tie rod. Checking & adjustment of slow closing and operating of breaker. Checking and adjustment of oil dash-pot of breaker for its damping action.Carry out HV test of CB pole and proper adjust-ment of link rod. After successful overhauling, checking of meggar values of breaker poles.Checking of VCB operation mechanically and electrically. Checking and adjustment of spring charge timing. Carrying out contact resistance measurement, and checking tripping of breaker at 80% of DC voltage. Prepare and submit the site overhauling report of each breaker.

Dismantling of damaged pole assemblies & re-assembling with un-damaged poles by supply & fixing of new 33 KV Vacuum Interrupter & insulating pull rod to arrange spare pole assemblies for emergency use for 33 KV Siemens make VCB.
