Supplying fixing 300 mm sweep , 1400 RPM Exhaust Fan , i/c making arrangement for fixing of fan with MS work and testing commissioning complete as reqd. (M/s Havells or similar superior make )

Supplying and fixing 3 litre capacity, 3KW , 230 V , 50 Hz AC supply instant water heater (geyser) i/c fixing on wall with heavy duty nut bolts complete with connections, testing , commissioning etc., complete as reqd. ( M/s Havells Instanio or similar superior make)

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, de-dusting by high pressure air blower, washing condenser, evaporator i/c chemical cleaning (if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, minor repairs, if required, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd.

Charging of refrigerant gas in split air conditioner complete with carrying out leak testing of 1.5TR/ 2 TR Split AC units with nitrogen gas including flushing the system, brazing/flaring the leak points, vaccumising, purging and making the system leak proof i/c transportation of nitrogen cylinder, brazing kit & vacuum pump, supplying & charging of refrigerant gas at site, testing & commissioning etc as required.

Replacement of faulty /defective 1.5 TR capacity compressor with new Sealed compressor i/c dismantling of faulty compressor, cutting refrigerant piping, brazing & making necessary addition/alteration i/c proper mounting on base plate, connection of suction and discharge lines, Leak test , supplying & charging required qty. refrigerant gas i/c testing commissioning etc as reqd.(M/s Emerson/Tecumseh/SS make) (Note - The firm shall submit test certificate or documentary proof towards purchase of New/OEM factory repaired compressor.) Dismantling of the existing 1.5 TR AC unit complete with disconnection of hot & cold gas pipes, cable connections and shifting to desired location ( Distance of cartage upto 40 KM) including installation of indoor & out door units, testing and commissioning at destination location complete with laying of piping, cables etc. complete as per site requirement.

Repairing of 1500 W Room heater/ heat pillar i/c replacement of faulty componenets as heater elements, motor , fan blade etc complete with tseting & commissioning complete as reqd.

Rewinding / Replacement of damaged LV /HV winding of 25 KVA Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer including dismantling, refixing complete with testing and commissioning as per site requirement. (Note-1:-To & fro Cartage charges of transformer to workshop for repairs, if required, shall be responsibility of agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Rewinding / Replacement of damaged LV /HV winding of 63 KVA Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer including dismantling, refixing complete with testing and commissioning as per site requirement. (Note-1:-To & fro Cartage charges of transformer to workshop for repairs, if required, shall be responsibility of agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Rewinding / Replacement of damaged LV /HV winding of 300 KVA Transformer found faulty during inspection of the Transformer including dismantling, refixing complete with testing and commissioning as per site requirement. (Note-1:-To & fro Cartage charges to workshop for repairs, if required, shall be responsibility of agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Complete rewinding of all windings i.e. HT winding & LT winding of the burnt Transformer of 25 KVA complete with dismantling from DP structure / foundation, transportation from site to workshop/ factory, strip opening of Transformer, replacement of all the burnt windings (HT & LT) with new winding of suitable rating, providing varnishing insulation, drying the winding in oven, transportation of repaired Transformer back to site , re-installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer on existing DP structure / foundation complete as per site requirement.
