SPECIAL REPAIR OF BUILDING NO T-15 OF 1 ARMOURED DIVISION SIGNAL REGIMENT AT PATIALA UNDER GE (N) PATIALA

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cemet mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces or on chajjas / parapet walls etc in cemet mortar 1:4 mixing with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and fair without using extra cement including fixing of chicken wire mesh where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Liquid water proofing compound and Chicken wire mesh shall be measured and paid as supply only separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any type / description from ceilings /RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying acrylic thick ready made wall care putty on internal/external plastered surfaces of walls /ceilings /soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for prepration of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and ceiling and applying two coats of ditemper oil emulsion (OBD) over and including a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat over one/two coat of putty including filling all voids and depressions with putty and making the surface smooth and even as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion on old/new surfaces incl preparations of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy anodised extruded fabricated type handle 200mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy, anodised, barrel tower bolt (bolt type) 200 mm long of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
