SPL REPAIR TO ROAD MANDIR MARG (SUB STN TO APS) UNDER GE SAUGOR

Scarifying (includig cleaning) or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area exc 400 sqm and depth n exe 50 mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick compacted thickness WBM/WMM with coarse aggregate ( granite, trap or bssalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and cameber as required complete.

M & L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air compressure to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous macadum not exceeding 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler ,rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed

Providing and applying 2 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of any colour as directed by Engi in Charge over a coat of acrelic primer of all as specified.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
