Supplying and fixing single moulded reflective road studs of catogory A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity value shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTMD4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTMD4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive. recomended by the manufacturer. Two cylinderical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall molded in the RPM body. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DOIII and the length height and width of the body shall not be less than 10mm , 15mm and 90mm and the base of the marker shall be flat with 1.3mm and outer most faces of configuration of marker shall not diviate moe than 1.3mm from the flat surface. The marekr shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280. The markers shall with stand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTMS 4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate confirmtiong to ASTMD 788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 square centimeter. The slope of retro-reflectory shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflective shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of MORTH section 800 page no. 353 and should acompany two year warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer. The product shall have 2 year replacemnt warraty. (Make 3M and equivalent)
