Major overhauling of 145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker of CGL make spring type installed at bays of 132 Umartali (Railway) bay, 132 KV Mallawan bay, 132 KV Asha bay at 132 KV Sub-station, Sandila. The work includes overhauling of control block assembly. Opening latch, anti pumping assembly. Opening, cleaning & greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn out parts. Checking of shock absorber, closing damper etc. adjustment of all gaps, cleaning & greasing of leavers, connecting rods, CAM, Disc. CAM etc, checking of mechanism assembly for wear & tear, rectification/ repairing of worn out parts. Chcking of limit switch, power contact, auxiliary contractors for proper functioning. Checking and re-tighting of all electrical connections, checking of gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system, measurement of closing tripping time of Circuit Breaker, measurement of contact resistance of Circuit Breaker. - (i) 132 KV Umartali (Railway) bay

Re-winding of cooling fan motors & re-connection in marshaling box of 3 phase 415 volt cooling fans for 40 MVA T/F-I (Bharat Bijli make, MFG-2005) as per sample. The work also includes providing & fixing of base frame for cooling fans & 3 phase, 4 pole, 16 Amp. MCB
