DBM Grade-1 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with Hire Capcity Batch Type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. Sr No 5.04 Specification No 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned. Sr No 5.2 Spec. 503 complete in all respects.

DBM Grade -II Providing and laying Dense graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH computerized HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30@ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause Sr No 5.04 Speci. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete Grade -II with 100-120 TPH computerized hot mix plant crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transorting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydristatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH&H Sr NO 5.05 Specifications clause 505 complete in all respects.

Dismenteling of CC/Bricks / Granolthic force As per PWD SOR 697

Providing and fixing Red Sand stone jali 40 mm thick throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 whitecement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfers etc. As per DSR 7.33.1

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) DSR 13.47.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR 13.80

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810
