Supply and Fix concertina coil of 700mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm (2min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make including white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing including necessary welding/clipping to MS sections etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Mild steel section frame shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Fix Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including taking out existing wires complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fix Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, as in 'Y' section/swan neck etc without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe-410(Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas for foundation not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including raft, footings, plinth beam and mass concrete and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, post and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, lintels and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of foundation footing, for rough finished surfaces, flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste for form work to sides and soffits of beams, lintels etc, fair finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars(CRS/HCR), 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars(CRS/HCR), 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry using soild PCC block grade C4, exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick on fair faces of soild PCC block masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint wall over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and deposited where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick river sand cushioning, watering and consolidation in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Precast Reinforced cement concrete as in fencing post/struts in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate average cross sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and not exc. 250 Sqcm with or without chamferred angle, flat , splayed rounded or mitred top complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
