Maple Hardwood Sports Flooring for badminton court Hardwood Maple Wood i) In size 20mm x 57 or 83mm Tongue and Groove ii) 38mm x 63.5mm x 1.22m treated sleepers installed at 12” (30cm) distance. iii) 18mm Power Pads. iv) Sanded, Kiln and Dried treated. v) Warranty 1 year of flooring.

The specifications of the above Maple Hardwood flooring are as under:- i) 6mil Polyethylene shall be laid on the IPS surface as vapor barrier. ii) Sleepers 38mm x 63.5mm x 1.22m Fir, Spruce or Pine, Treated with borate shall be installed at 12” (30cm) distance. iii) These sleepers have 10-18mm power pads properly stapled at 12” distance. These power pads are four conical Thermal Rubber (TPR) with reverse cavity. iv) Northern America Maple strips in size 20mm x 57mm/83mm Dried treated shall be installed over the sleeper. v) The floor thus laid shall be machine sanded with drum sander one time i.e. coarse grade (60 grit) sandpaper to leave a nap on the floor for non-slipperiness. The floor shall not be sealed. vi) Thereafter game same lines shall be applied resulting in our warrant for the flooring for 1 year. (NS)

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emul sion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (DSR 13.91)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 0.5 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (NS)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying dditional coats wherever required,to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats (DSR 13.82.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work. (DSR 13.99.1)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) (DSR 14.6.1)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of tile 600 x 600 mm (DSR 11.41.2)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of handles 5'', Aluminium Tower bolts 8'' & 6''all necessary Alumn fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Extra for additional height where ever required over a height of 3.5m, for every additional height of 1 meter or part there of (Plan area to be measured). Suspended floors, roofs,landings, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured).( N.S.)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length golden champ including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) and removal old damaged chowkhat complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" butt hinges, 2nos Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 no. I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) and removal of old shutter complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(N.S.)
