Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick decorative CNC PVC grills (jali) of any colour including fittings complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface (complete removal) and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old plastered surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick granite slab (of any type, Z- black or red in colour / in platform , floor , steps of stair cases , pillars or flat surface of wall , and on verticle surfaces etc and like set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) mixed with pigment to match laid over screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M& L for Granite tiles 10mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone with cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) mixed with pigment to match laid over screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post hole (or similar hole) each nexc0.5 cum getting out, returing,filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 M and kamking good surface in soft and loose soil.
