Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400sqm and exc 50mm and nexc 100mm deep

M&L 200mm thick (Spread thickness) soling with broken stone boulders or quarried stone 40 to 80mm size, interstices filled, surfaces formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 ton power roller.

M & L 150mm thickness (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75mm each, grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

Preparing WMM surface by brushing with wire bushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surface exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep including removing to a distance not exc 50 m and stacking all as specified and directed.

M& L for Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface o WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as prt IRC 27 : 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of SSR 2020

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm (paving bitumen grade VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing bituminous premix asphlatic semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm (compacted thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade incorporating waste plastic @8% by weight of bitumen using dry process in accordance with IRC SP:98-2013, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by GE. (ii) Bitumen content (92% Bitumen and 8% plastic) as per desgin mix if found to be less than 5.5%, the shortage of bitumen shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 60/- per kg and no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix is found to be more than 5.5%, same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt. complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Waste plastic can be purchased from vendor/suppliers either enlised by central pollution control board or private vendors who supply the usable plastic waste conforming to specification of IRC SP: 98-2013. Waste plastic to be mixed in central mix plant with aggregate and bitumen after following all due process as mentioned in IRC SP: 98-2013.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1Sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including with supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed

M&L for adequate no of coats painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads pavements and the like area n.exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yelow complete all as spd and directed

M & L for moorum/red bajari filling in road side berms not exceeding 15cm thick layers

Supply & Fixing in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80cms including fixing with mounting pole and necessary foundation for post of size 300mm x 300mm x 45mm with M15 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making surface good complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in repairs ABS solar LED studs of standared size 120mm x 25-32mm, solar controller, fixing with epoxy adhesive, anchoring bolt, nail etc as per manufacture insructions etc

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in sub base of path and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as aspecified and directed

M&L for (M30) RCC Walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc. vertical or to batter

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.to be fixed in road side kerbs of size 30x45 cms of minimum thickness 10 cms complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM including all quoins arches pillars etc.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in old size brick in CM 1:6 complete all as aspecified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as aspecified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls including(plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.
