Removing of existing wornout nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe, including supplying and waeving with new 2 inch nylon newar and tightening all check nuts elbow, long rail, legs etc to hold the charpoy tight with appropriate machine complete all as directed by AGE (I). Make of nylon newar: Baadal Nylon niwar/ImegaZ cotton niwar

Removing of existing 12mm thick commercial plywood from charpoy GI pipe, supplying and fixing commerical plywood 12mm thick MR grade of Make century ply / Greenply / Archidply, screw down to the GI pipe and mild steel square tube with appropriate machine screw and nut complete all as directed.

NOTE :- 1. POLISHING WILL BE DONE ON WHOLE WOODEN SURFACE OF FURNITURE AND NOT ONLY ON REPLACED PARTS 2. ALL MELAMINE POLISH WORK WILL BE DONE WITH COMPRESSOR.

Removing the existing unserviceable Front legs carefully from Chair Dinning and replacing the same with new teak wood leg made of 1st class hard wood teak (MP) free from knots, cracks etc with permissible moisture contents, timber components of same size and shape including applying Melamine polishing to required gloss complete. Colour of Polish as decided by AGE (I)
